I didn’t mind the extra wait of 10 minutes for fresh chicken for the famous bowls but my issues are as follows, 1 a famous bowl should have a bit more then 5 pieces of little chicken, no gravy, a few pieces of corn, a half full of cheese and a the bowl was full to the top with potatoes, which was very dry. Not very happy with this trip.

When I opened the box the chicken looked like it had been picked on there wasnt any coating on it. The biscuits wasn’t all the way done. I took video of me moving the biscuit to see all of it. Needless to say it was tossed.

Called this location and had such bad service that I will be writing a COMPLAINT to company headquarters. I asked staff basic questions and they for the love of god took forever to answer them and provide me with the appropriate service. My experience interacting with KFC employees was much worse than in other parts of the country service workers I have lived in. Please do better for the next customer. If company management is reading this this location is giving you a bad name!

Waited about 40 minutes on order. Was told it would be 20-30 minutes for chicken and it was dinner time. To top things off, I pull around after over 30 minutes and the manager made a joke about my wait. No apology and our order wasn’t even right. I was supposed to get a thigh and they gave me a wing, sides weren’t full, and Mac n cheese was old. Also, can’t get gift cards to work. Never coming back to this store. I spent almost an hour here. Waste of time, horrible service, and always have to wait too long.
