I don’t know what happened today. The food has been good lately but today it was terrible. The pot pie was cold and dry. The pototoe wedges were cold, hard and dry. Hope they go back to good food like they had a few months back. Today was a waste of money, and they don’t give discounts for bad food.

We ordered the 4 piece Korean Barbecue tenders meal and when we got home we found that they had simply cut up a chick filet patty and put sauce on it. My wife works really hard and was super tired or else I would have went back. I’m not sure if they didn’t have any tenders available or what but this is not acceptable. If they needed to cook them or were out, why not say something instead of pulling this type of stunt. We will give this location a break for a while…

Every time I come here the staff is great, clean, and has a great attitude, the food is good, and the place is clean. If I were to have a complaint at all it would be the radio station they play, but that’s just a matter of opinion. It’s even better than other KFC locations. I’ve been coming back, and I’ll keep coming back.

I went through the drive thru, I ordered an 8 piece chicken meal with an extra order of mashed potatoes. I drive 30 minutes home and notice there’s no slaw , biscuits or extra potatoes. I call the manager and he said to come back and they’d give us what was left off. We paid $30 for this. My wife drove and had to pay an additional $9 for slaw and biscuits. Plus the manager was very rude to my wife. We will no longer be a customer at KFC in Fayetteville Tn, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there!! I also looked up pricing for an 8 piece meal in Fayetteville Tn, it says around $24.99

July 8th around 8:30. We have been put off of KFC because of bad service, old or truly bland food or because they weren’t very clean. This store was the complete opposite. I was acknowledged when I stepped into the store. Seating area was very well taken care of and behind the counter didn’t have a thing cluttering it. The manager had a fantastic attitude and welcome demeanor. They didn’t have to tell me that anything was unavailable. The food was much better than we’ve had at other KFCs. The online deals made our order even less expensive. All and all – a great experience. We’ll be back when we’re in Fayetteville again.

Honestly terrible experience. Ordered $50 worth of food for my family and half of it was inedible. Ordered a bucket of chicken and the breading was somehow full of tiny chicken bones. I’m not sure if they butcher the chicken in store or it’s shipped in pre portioned, but someone needs to learn how to cut chicken. There should not be bones in breading… didn’t help that the man at the drive through window was visibly stoned out of his mind to the point he couldn’t do his job correctly. Charged for large drinks, given medium, asked for honey 3 times and not given any. Very frustrating when you spend that amount of money and receive that quality of food.

On Monday May 27th @ 945pm I went inside to order 20 mins waiting NO SERVICE NO Nothing. We went to drive tru. 35min to make chicken I worked at kfc church’s chicken not that long to make chicken. We were about to close soon they close @ 11pm so about 1030pm to clean up to clock out @11pm. This place has really bad customer service.
