If I could give zero stars I would. Pulled up and they were out of nuggets. Then put of tenders. Asked them what exactly they had to even order and he said he had “some” pieces of chicken on the bone.
It was 9pm. They do not close until 10. I have a hard time believing they didn’t have these things. I think they just didn’t have any done and refused to make them.

I have given this place several chances to not be an absolute mess but every time I forget and pick this KFC for lunch or dinner its a disappointment. Really, disappointment is an understatement. Most of the time when you walk in the employees just completely ignore you. If you come within 2 hours of closing they have already turned off fryers and have things put in the warmer, and god forbid you order something they are out of they make a big production of turning things on and its a 15 minute wait for fries and chicken at best even when you order ahead. If you come at lunch time, dont bother using the drive thru they will have you wait at the window until the line backs up, and then park you for a single chicken sandwich. The employees are always hanging out in the lobby, the night manager was sitting there having a conversation on speaker phone at top volume while everyone in the kitchen stood around and acted inconvenienced to have to make an order. Don’t bother.

Some of the rudest people I’ve ever met in my life just because you have problems at home don’t bring that to work because then it rubs off on your customers as in me you just lost if you’re gonna talk about it, make sure your customers can’t hear it because I don’t wanna hear that stuff. I highly unsatisfied with the establishment and I do not recommend anyone to eat here. The food is cold, stale, not crispy at all. They also gave me a tender that was just clumps of breading together. You could tell that it had just been sitting out. Do not go here.

Absolutely terrible!! The food was disgusting. The order was wrong 3 times. The lady putting the food in the boxes came up to the drive thru window for the third wrong food order, and confronted me in a very aggressive and intimidating effort to ask me, and I quote, “Is there a problem?”.
I simply asked to get the correct order that I ordered. She then said, “You can give me the food back, and I’ll refund your money.*.
I then explained that I didn’t want my money back. I just wanted what I ordered, and I even paid extra for the upgrade. I tried calling to speak with a manager, but no one has yet to answer the phone. KFC has become extremely expensive over the years. I feel that especially with the prices you pay for their chicken and chicken meals that you should AT LEAST get what you’re paying for without a bad service attitude, and the correct order. I’m just sayin…

Bring back the buffet on Friday Saturday and Sunday like the madisonville store does. That placed is jammed on those days. Time to get the parking lot cleaned up. Looks run down a bit
