This is by far my favorite KFC!!! The Chicken is always great and the Service is usually to. Last time I was a bit disappointed..approaching the counter, to place our order, we asked the young lady working to clean up the mess on the counter..she just looked at us like we were Aliens and just ignored our request. Then she proceeded to place our order directly into the sticky mess that covered most of the counter..I wasn’t impressed, as she seemed a little stand offish..but the Chicken did not disappoint..still the best around!!

Place to order ahead of time and was finally asked can I help you, I said I placed an order on the app and it told me that my order was complete to find out they haven’t even started it yet it took another additional 20 minutes for me to get my food most of it came out fresh except the chicken tenders that my wife ordered. The store was mostly clean. The restrooms needed a little bit of work, but overall, I could tell they maintained a pretty clean store.

What happened? This chicken used to be good. Now it is nearly tasteless. Now we have to find another place to get fried chicken. This place is terrible and the people working there don’t really care. Yuck!

Set in lobby and waited 40 mins for food as around 12 to 15 cars went through drive through. We ordered 3 $5 fill ups but only got a three-piece in one box. Then went to get money back but they just kept saying it’s cooking but didn’t know how much longer. Finally got food mine was fine but dad said worst he ever had from KFC. Men’s restroom was Beyond nasty with no paper towels, or dryer. We sit there quietly and patiently, but I’m sure they can see we were aggravated. I couldn’t understand why they acted like they had an attitude.. they acted like we were bothering them.. worst KFC I ever seen. I did not feel welcome, and I will never step foot back in there again and neither will my parents.

Went for dinner at 8pm. Went to the window to order a chicken sandwich meal for her to say we didn’t have fires! So okay can i get a 12 piece meal and her come back was I don’t have anything but breast. At 8 you don’t have no food and you close at 10. Something needs to change every time i go to this restaurant this Pacific restaurant it’s always they’re out of something not. Oh, you wanna hold will make it. None of that. It’s we’re out. Oh well.
