Ordered almost $50 worth of chicken on line for convenience. When I got to the drive through I told them I ordered on line, gave my name, and was told to just drive around to the window. When I got to the window I gave the young lady my name. She told me “that you are good this time, but next time you will have to come inside to pick up the order”. Good this time? Have to come inside? So if I order at the drive through I don’t have to come inside? By the way, your chicken is getting pretty small.

Went again 4/20/22 and chicken was overcooked ( dark brown skin). Couldn’t eat the skin. Biscuits tasted like they were day old (hard and dry). Next time, if I go again, I will ask to see the pieces before I pay!

I call in for FRESH wings … do these look fresh? Nope they sell me the ones that’s been out all day, not fit to eat, I got home n trashed them because I live 20 minutes away and ain’t turning around and going all the way back! This has been more than once they’ve done this, hey kfc I DONT want your day old wings you can keep them!! Won’t be. Back.

Gave us the wrong food, the food we got was not edible in the slightest. We ordered inside and there is a loud obsessive bell sound that plays anytime someone approached 15 of the door which was frequent. (Which is why we took the food to go).

Almost every time I order food from here they get the order wrong and today I came back with the receipt so I could get what I ordered and they still gave me the wrong shit! You need to fire everyone and hire a whole new team or just close down cause ya’ll have been trash for at least the last two years!

The only person there with the most consideration and care was the only person I wish didn’t have to work there. She was hunched over and yall already know. But every one els there was not considerat with costumes inside the place, or even that one hunched over. And yes she was and elderly, presumably more than 40 if not more. My wife picked our order up on the way home from work to find out the order is wrong. After driving all the way back to the store the manager who was a complete joke said they don’t do refunds on online orders. At no point did he try to make the situation right or offer to even remake it since the chicken and other items are cold at this point. Had to call customer service just to be transferred to be told I get 5 dollars back after arguing they gave a couple more dollars but less then half worse company ever overpriced bad service it’s basically a scam won’t be back.
