I’m a regular at this KFC on Lebanon Road, and I go almost every Tuesday for their $10 deal on the 8-piece chicken box. It’s the perfect amount for a family of four and such a great value for money. Recently, I also noticed another deal — if you spend $15 or more, you get 8 chicken tenders for free. This one isn’t tied to a specific day, which makes me want to visit more often!
The store is always clean, well-organized, and not too busy. I’ve rarely had to wait in line, and it feels peaceful compared to some other fast-food locations. The parking lot is spacious, which is super convenient, and there’s even a Taco Bell next door, so sometimes we swing by both places in one trip.
I did a pickup order yesterday and the staff were friendly and efficient. The chicken was hot, crispy, and tasted super fresh — like it had just come out of the fryer. From my past experience, I’ve noticed that after 7 PM the chicken sometimes doesn’t feel as fresh, so I usually try to order earlier in the evening.
Overall, this location has consistently offered good service, fresh food, and a comfortable experience. I really appreciate the deals they offer, and it’s become a go-to spot for an easy and satisfying family meal. Highly recommend if you’re in the area — especially on a Tuesday!

You ain’t gotta be rude. I’ve lived in mt juliet all my life. I know where to go, and where not to go. First time back in years, normally go to hermitage. Just like always your out of everything, and your workers are mean. No one answers the speaker until you ask if there. They act like I’m a problem for ordering food. Anyways taco bell, and hardess from now on. They always got a smile on their faces, and never once told me their out of stuff. Your staff is losing you money.

We got to go food from kfc. Ordered on the mobile app. It was ready, hot and so good after a long day’s work. Five stars to kfc. Literally the best fried chicken I’ve had in years. I usually don’t eat the biscuit, but it was great too! Thank you kfc, for our wonderful dinner tonight. Mount Juliet rules!

I don’t normally frequent or let alone leave a review on any fast food reataurants, but I had to leave a review for my recent visit to the KFC in Mt. Juliet. I was so impressed with the service (which is unusual for most fast food chains) and the food was great. Sam was the manager there and he is so amazing! So caring and great with people and making sure everything is running smoothly. We will definitely be back!

I had not been to a KFC in a long while. I decided to stop in this location as I was in the area. I was pleasantly surprised how good the food was. Everything was fresh and had a great taste. The person taking my order was very polite. Restaurant was very clean. I will definitely return to this location sooner than later.

I recently visited the KFC in Mt. Juliet and was thoroughly impressed! The food was incredibly fresh, like it had just come out of the fryer. The chicken was crispy and juicy, and the sides were delicious. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, making the whole experience a pleasure. The restaurant itself was also very clean and well-organized, which is always a plus. I’ll definitely be back!

We ordered our food and we asked at the cashier that we can wait as long as it takes but please we need it freshly cooked. He told us that all food just came out of the fryer. When we got our food half of the stuff were missing such as biscuits, sauces that we paid for and 4 legs. When we started to eat we found 4 of the thighs were very old. I took it back to the kitchen they told that they will take care of it after arguing with me . I had to wait 20 minutes for the food to be cooked and at the end they gave half of the order. Very rude kitchen staff. They told me you were missing only this and kept arguing in a very rude way that made me leave without the food that I paid for. Will never go back to this location. Very poor food and worst customer service from kitchen team.
