The lobby was super clean but I’ve never in my life seen more incapable cashiers. I ordered a $7 up size with Mac and Cheese and a Fry. After her AND the shift leader on duty worked together to correct the total it was still wrong. Out of embarrassment, I just left it alone and paid the $13. something. Then when I got the order the mac and cheese was dry and the chicken was way smaller than average and bone dry as well. The only thing that is any decent here is the cleanliness. The cooking and service was a disgrace to the KFC name.

We waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru to get a 5 piece tender meal. There were at least 4 people working in the kitchen that I could see, no customers in the dine-in area and their racks were almost completely empty. No apologies, no sense of urgency, just people who didn’t seem to care that there was a line around the building. We are never coming back to this location.

So, our food was absolutely fine. Here’s some big observations though. Let’s start with training. Management was very disorganized and visibly distraught. When we walked in the lobby had two gentlemen waiting, both online orders and both had complaints that their orders had been taking over 30 minutes. Both gentlemen were very upset. They were short staffed but disorganized a d the manager kept yelling for the employees to figure things out and she would walk into the open office and just sit and say she didn’t know what to do. Not good for the public eye but she, along with the employees present could be trained properly on how to handle confusion and chaos and this problem could be simplified. I’m not sure how each store is owned or operated but someone should step in and correct this and this establishment would be great.
KFC should always be a good exterior a customer and not a dreaded thought as a last option.

We’ve been having problems with the service at this location and this was a last attempt to use KFC again. Today it was the chicken. There was barely any skin on it ( a little was hanging greasily to a few pieces. The entire bucket was a soppy mess of skinless greasy chicken. I didn’t even feed it to the cats outside . It smelled of old grease as well. 30 bucks down the drain. So the service and food are lacking tremendously.

Today is 9/14/25 & I LITERALLY picked up my food about 10mins ago. It is now 4:49 PM.
I pulled up in the DT to pick up my online order and they were missing some items. The lady at the window seemed upset that I was asking for the things that they missed.
Upon coming home I noticed that I was missing the biscuit that came with my meal. I won’t cry over an item, but it’s the fact that if someone is paying money for food, they should get all the items their money was spent on.
I have not had KFC in YEARS and I was so excited to try it again. I am very disappointed. I too work in customer service and understand mobile ordering. Please make sure employees are truly double checking orders like your sticker on the bag claims. You were not in peak so there was time for this to be right.

I love the KFC chicken but it was such slow service, I was ignored for how long and then they took forever to get my order done. I was there for more than 10 mins in the drive thru and there was only 1 vehicle infront of me.

Wouldnt know about their food these days. Cashier abandoned post and went to drivethru as I was walking up saying Ill be back and never did. Not surprising this location has always been a let down.
