First time ordering from the app. I needed a quick meal to drop off to my family between errands. I was greeted with a smile. I informed the young lady I was picking up an order, but I also wanted to order some wedges. She asked if I mind the wait, because they are cooking. After sitting down another young lady, smiled and told me my order would be up shortly. The environment was welcoming and the two young ladies were very polite. My food was hot and ready.

Went through drive thru and was only car there, no line. Was told it would be 15-20 minutes for a 12 piece, I said cool I’ll come inside and order. Mind you no other vehicle was there. They gave the only customer that was there their order as I walked into the door. I was told they would be with me in a minute I guess cars pulled up to the drive thru at that time so they proceed to start taking care of the drive thru. Cant tell you about food cause I didnt get to order before they starting servicing the drive thru. Can only imagine how bad it is when they get busy. Bad experience and will not come back.

Come to eat after basketball game. Kids wanted KFC, we come to Stadium Drive and it’s 9:22pm. Online said closes at 10pm, door says 10pm and the doors are locked. Kids inside look at us and run to the back where we can’t see them. I will find a better place to eat.

We waited for over 20 minutes! All of the people in the parking lot waiting who were also waiting were literally waving their hands ♀️. Employees seemed to be talking and not prioritizing their work.

I just have to give a HUGE shoutout to Ms. China! Her customer service is GREAT I mean truly great! She always goes above and beyond to make sure every visit is a wonderful experience . Not only is her attitude amazing, but she also ensures the food is always fresh and hot .

The service was great, very cheery people and friendly people up front. But please check the women’s bathroom, the seat on the commode is very very loose and very wobbly. I did notice behind the counter everything was spotless, heck the whole place was very clean including the bathroom. But why no diet soda?? For those of us who care about those kind of things. LOL

Worst KFC. First they no longer have unsweetened tea. Ok. Then I’m told it will be 4 minutes for the tenders. Ok I’ll wait. 12 minutes later I get my bag. No way these are just cooked. Chicken jerky would have been better. Cold. Never again

Horrible customer service. Went in to purchase gift cards and was told by the manager that she had other things to do and I’d have to wait. Restaurant was not busy and only had 1 Door Dash waiting.
