The staff that is at the drive thur need customers service training. You don’t say umb huh when someone says thank you to you. SMH. The chicken was the worse I have had from KFC. This was suppose to be extra crispy. It was cook with nothing on it.

My husband and I ordered from here via DoorDash tonight. We ordered the chicken wrap combo, 1 Mac n cheese chicken wrap and 1 famous bowls. then we got a call from DD saying KFC hasn’t had the chicken wraps since last March so we’d have to place an order for something else… annoying but fine. We ordered two famous bowls, fries, 1 chicken little and 1 lemonade cranberry drink. It arrives and the fries are burnt beyond being able to eat. I went to take a bite of the chicken little and dang near chopped a tooth. The bread was hard as a rock and the mayonnaise was extremely thick -clearly they gave me an old sandwich. The cranberry lemonade was just lemonade… even better they still charged my husband for the chicken wrap he didn’t get. Food is too expensive for them to be serving things we cannot even eat.

Service was fast, that is all that was good. Chicken was over cooked, biscuits were like hockey pucks. They were out of mac n cheese and mashed potatoes!! This isn’t the first time this has happened either. The cashier was nice and even felt bad about the biscuits and gave us free cookies for it. It was only 6 pm on a monday. It’s a nice place but they always over cook the chicken and always are out of something. I think this might be the last time I go there. At least during peak hours.

I seems like the management and the owner truly does not care about the store looks inside or outside. The parking lot is awful and needs fixing. Broke ac inside and alot of bad leaks in the lobby. This place does not care anymore

I stopped by for lunch and got the 4pc tenders meal. The food was hot surprisingly since they were very busy and only a few employees. My only issues with this visit is the unfriendliness of the cashier and the employees not using gloves to fix food. The older Caucasian lady used gloves while fixing the order before me however with my order she along with the man didn’t use gloves at all. This is so unsanitary and just overall disgusting.

I made an order online. I got a lot of stuff. You can see on the pic. I asked for a lot of sauces, and I got zero sauces with this order. Even though I spent about $100. To add to that crap; when I got there, the employees were all sitting in the parking lot and were shocked and upset when I showed up. This is really sad.

First I will start with the biscuit . It was so hard you could throw it through a windshield. The chicken was not only salty but also had a burnt taste to it and change the grease because the chicken also looked burnt. Fries cold . This was unsatisfying. My dog will be enjoying my lunch for his dinner. I think I’m done with KFC this time. It’s been very disappointing lately.

Went thru drive thru at 430 there was 1 vehicle behind me asked us to park and he would bring it out young boy longish Brian curly hair not friendly and waited over 30 minutes went inside to find out what’s the problem not was moving real slow and threw the food in a bag and did not even apologize about the wait but said he was quitting the lady behind me in drive thru waited too this was the worst good I had gotten ever from this kfc chicken tasted like it was old over cooked and just could not eat it at all when I tried to call the phone was picked up and then hung up on me
