Yesterday was the 1 year anniversary of my big brothers unexpected death. He lived in Alaska and always wanted KFC so bad, he would joke about me sending it to him.
So yesterday it only felt right to enjoy some KFC for dinner.
When I tell you I’ve never ate such a delicious, hot meal that good in my life. Everything was perfect, I’d like to think my brother had something to do with it! However, I can’t take credit away from those amazing workers.
It was such a perfect way to end such a sorrowful day ❤️❤️❤️

I called ahead to order a family size meal. I explained the reason I called was because I understood there would probably be a wait time. The manager Danielle not only was pleasant, she got my number to call me to tell me when it would be ready. She apologized for a previous experience, that I honestly wasn’t calling to complain about but I explained I had an extremely long wait time & was trying to prevent that. She thanked me for giving them the opportunity to serve me & make it right. My husband picked up the food & she had everything ready. He said she was very apologetic & thanked us again. Food was great, order was correct & above all service was excellent.

I actually ordered from the Taco Bell menu. Food was fine. Service was fast. As far as the atmosphere- there were several young boys hanging out and goofing around the whole lobby while I ate. I’m not sure if they were children of an employee or just walked in from town. They were playing with the self serve soda fountain so I had to go to the counter to get tea instead, since none was put out. Other than that, it was ok.

Dined in and EXPERIENCED the wonderful world of waterdamaged ceiling tiles, unclean tables, but decent food and decent service.
The ceiling dripped water onto my girlfriend while we waited on our food. The tables were also ALL gross and unclean. We sat at the cleanest one and it still had multiple sticky areas on it.
The staff was nice and not an issue.
The food was okay and made me satisfied with what I paid for.

I paid 10.99 for a 5 pcs chicken finger and a side. The lady was not charging me for the drink so it would be cheaper and still got charged the same. We get home and my wife’s food was fresh but my fingers was awful like they had been sitting for days.. I don’t have money to waste like this!!! I will drive to Anniston from now on.This location needs to retrained their cooks!!!!!!

They can never get anything right. something with your order is always going to be wrong/left out. When you do go back and ask for what you need or what they messed up on. the manger then tries to say they was right and your wrong. lmao

I just bought a nuggets meal, and I couldn’t even eat the nuggets. They had double fried them and I had to pull around and wait for fresh fries which were warm not hot when I got them I immediately ate one. So when I got home the chicken nuggets were so hard and rubbery you can’t eat it. I know they double fried it because I used to be a cook I know when people do that. Yall can hire some adults and quit letting the kids run the store. And one of the workers parked on a handicapped ramp and went back into work. So then people with disabilities can’t get in there she is blocking the ramp. Yall can do better.

Service and server’s where wonderful. But my spicy chicken tenders were DISGUSTING. there was at least a 1/4 to 1/3 cup of GREASE I had to pour out of them before I held the tenders in several napkins to squeeze some of the grease out of them. Fries were great and the regular tenders were fine . But I do not recommend the spicy tenders AT ALL! or atleast not at this location.

Hit or miss. Check your order before you leave. We have had really good food and really bad (didn’t eat it bad) food. They have some great employees that try hard and do their best, I’ve seen it. So not sure if it’s a training issue or high turnover, because get real, no fast food place pays enough for people to want to stay. Overall, we go there once or twice a month.
