This store should just close permanently. They’re currently advertising later hours, but as far as I can tell, still closing at 8pm, which is earlier than any other restaurant in town. Used to stay open until 8:30, which was still ridiculous, and earliest in town. Always out of chicken. If they do start adhering to their new 10pm closing time, I’m sure they’ll still be “out of chicken” at 7, 7:30 like they are now. Currently listed on DoorDash and GrubHub, but can’t order there. It always says they’re closed even in the middle on the day when you KNOW they aren’t closed. The actual KFC website is also unavailable for online ordering. How suspicious… This means that the $30 bucket with tenders, $10 8 pc chicken and $10 8 pc tenders are not being honored. Apparently even though it’s their problem, they’ve decided to screw the customer by not honoring online deals. I even verified this with an employee. “We’re working on fixing it.” Sure you are!, that’s why you care so much about honoring your online deals when your customers are unable to utilize them! How about no! Honor your specials when it’s an issue on your end with Internet problems! Jack’s here I come! I worked for the Clark’s myself back in the day… Y’all paying attention to what’s going on in your restaurants? I think I need to pay ownership a visit. Pathetic. With Bojangles and Jack’s in town you won’t be around much longer with this service.

This is the 2nd and last time I’ve been here. The food is bad. I even asked for the Nashville Hot chicken fingers that i ordered to be cooked fresh and they were still bad. The problem is that they do not follow the instructions when preparing the food. The fingers were COVERED in the oil that the seasonings are in. So much that the biscuit that came with it was so drenched in oil that it was completely inedible. And it is suppose to come with pickle slices and of course it didn’t. 3 chicken fingers, a biscuit and a side of mashed potatoes and gravy for $6? That don’t include a drink. Ridiculous! It wouldn’t be so bad if they cared about what they were preparing for someone. Fast food like this is what gives fast food a BAD name!

My name is Adam, I went by last night around 5:30pm, and ordered me a bucket of chicken, it was the best chicken I’ve had from there in a good time. I congratulate whomever the fry-cook was. Only reason I did not give a five-star review was because the biscuits, they were still good but, at the point where they were starting to get a bit hard. It has gotten very good overall compared to the past few visits I have had… Keep up the great work!

This one sucks. Everytime we go they are out of chicken. They always tell us it will be at least 30 minutes for more. We only order a 12 piece at most. It sadly never seems busy but can’t ever have enough chicken. I choose Jack’s or Bo’Jangles as our first choice.
