My wife went by to pick some dinner after taking our middle child to the doctor. While she was on the phone with the cashier told her to pull up and when my wife told the cashier she repeated to pull and my wife again told she couldn’t then the cashier gotten rude with her for no reason when she couldn’t pull forward and trying to explain that but the cashier didn’t want to hear and on top of that they already had 4 people pulled up. KFC just do better

The speaker in drive thru was broken… had to pull up to window to order…. they had no pot pies… 25mins to cook 1. Not waiting. Ordered a total of 10 fingers,they only had 9. So we had to change the order. Then the lady at the window got frustrated with something and stormed off after slamming the cash drawer…. another employee walked over to finish letting us pay for our food. All in all the whole process took almost 30 mins. We could’ve ordered the pot pie. the chicken fingers we got were not fresh and you could tell had sat there for some time. The fries were soggy and cold. I was very unhappy with the whole visit, from start to finish.

Found a bone in the chicken pot pie I waited half an hour for, while trying to dig out what I swear were pieces of chicken liver. Was trying to feed it to my 2 year old, and the bone was just perfect size to fit on a spoon, so certainly hazardous. Absolutely no excuse.

I used to work at KFC and it used to be my favorite place to get fried chicken. But this was the worst visit I’ve ever had, the only thing on my plate that was good was the coleslaw, the chicken tenders were like rubber and tasted like they had been sitting all day, the potatoes and gravy ( which has always been my favorite) had been watered down so much there was no flavor at all, and the biscuits were so flat, hard and tasteless you couldn’t eat them.
I was looking forward to a nice meal on the 4th since I didn’t feel up to cooking, but this was a waste of nearly $30 for two meals.
I won’t be going back to Russellville KFC unless the store manager assures me they are making some changes and doing things the way it’s supposed to be.

This is the 2nd and last time I’ve been here. The food is bad. I even asked for the Nashville Hot chicken fingers that i ordered to be cooked fresh and they were still bad. The problem is that they do not follow the instructions when preparing the food. The fingers were COVERED in the oil that the seasonings are in. So much that the biscuit that came with it was so drenched in oil that it was completely inedible. And it is suppose to come with pickle slices and of course it didn’t. 3 chicken fingers, a biscuit and a side of mashed potatoes and gravy for $6? That don’t include a drink. Ridiculous! It wouldn’t be so bad if they cared about what they were preparing for someone. Fast food like this is what gives fast food a BAD name!

If I could give no stars I would!! Horrible horrible service! We stood at the counter for over 5 minutes and the employees walked right past us and never even acknowledged us. One employee was eating French fries with their gloves on. We finally walked out. Every single one of them need to be fired.
