The lady at the window tonight was pleasant and quick. I ordered 2 famous bowls for me and my young kids. When she handed me the bag, she handed me the bag upright, meaning both of my bowls were on their side. I get home and half the chicken is burnt beyond crispy so both of my ill and picky eaters, didn’t eat it because “it looks yucky”. Cheers

Ordered 2 Nashville hot chicken littles. Waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes… Nobody in front of me. When I finally got my food, The Nashville hot sauce was on the wrapper… Not the sandwich… How’s that even happen?? The chicken was cold and no napkins in the bag… Also the drive thru window was disgusting! Could barely see through the grimy, greasy fingerprints… I’m adding photos so you can see for yourself. Oh! And when we pulled into the lot, the drive thru worker was sitting in the sidewalk at the front door playing with her phone. This location could definitely benefit from better management.

Ordered three nugget bowls, one Korean BBQ and two unsauced. After a 20 minute drive to get home, I discovered that all three were Nashville Hot. Now I understand why the seal the bag before they hand it to you. Won’t make this mistake again

This restaurant has improved drastically since my last review. The only real issue I had was they didn’t honor the national chain promotions but the do now. My most recent visit was amazing, the food was hot fresh and delicious and the manager and crew were on top of their game. I highly recommend this location.

My 4pc original legs and thigh meat dinner today tasted like it was cooked yesterday, then dipped in hot grease and boxed up. One pc was dry, tough white meat. The wife’s tenders were like rubber. ($25) Ill go across the street next time.

This is a very good KFC one of my favorites. They do the chicken up right and they usually have large pieces. The place is very clean and it’s close to Taco Bell which my grandsons loves so it’s easy for both of us to eat. The folks here are nice and know what they are doing.

A sandwich, a 3 piece”tender” meal. $16. Sandwich was old and dry and overcooked. Tenders were edible but coming to the end of their heat lamp life extension. Fries were good. Lobby had a huge water puddle from AC system.
