It was not busy. I ordered the 8 pc chicken tenders meal. I thought about getting the fill-up box, but a dozen chicken bites, four pieces of chicken, fries and biscuits isn’t worth twenty bucks. With this box, I got 8 pieces of chicken, four biscuits, and three large sides. It was a complete dinner. Enough food for three people, maybe four. It cost $31.89 with tax. The food was hot and tasted great. The coleslaw was a little bitter. Not as sweet as usual. The chicken had great crunch. The macaroni and cheese was creamy. The mashed potatoes were in a separate container as was the gravy. It was all good.

We just sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes with no vehicles in line. Nobody came and said anything over the intercom or anything. This location has very poor service and should consider closing up shop so something better can be put in the location. I would gladly give a 0 rating if possible to this location.

This is the worst place in northport. Nothing but rude people. It’s like that’s a requirement to work here. It doesn’t matter the time you come in they’re going to pull you around to the side where they’ll be another like and you will wait at minimum 20 minutes. All of that would be tolerable if the workers were just no so rude!!! Will never be back and I highly recommend you go somewhere else. They make Popeyes seem like Chick-fil-A

Traveling through from Dothan to Oklahoma, we bought a 16 piece bucket with 5 sides to take to Reform for a reunion with a group of elderly relatives. Service was not friendly. Paid $64.00. When we arrived at our destination 30 min away, we discovered we had only SIX pieces of chicken in our large bucket! SIX! 3 wings, 2 legs and 1 breast! For $64! Not to mention the biscuits had been put in top part of the bucket, then the heavy sides placed on top of the bucket crushing the biscuits. I called….no sympathetic service at all. They refused a refund, even if we provided our ticket number, unless we drove back 30 min in the opposite direction of our continued trip. I’m writing headquarters about this one. Also, our coleslaw dish had only 1/2 the amount it was supposed to.

Placed a pickup order to be ready at 8:24 only to get Rude service, food was cold and old! Guy at the window tells me they stop cooking at 7:30pm but don’t close until 9:30 so that means the food I ordered been sitting there an hour! Manager is non chalant outside on her phone and sarcastic asking me what do I want her to do?! Health department should be contacted because food being out of temperature and probably over the holding time is going to get someone sick! Reached out to customer service let’s see how this goes! Just refund me and I’ll NEVER return!! I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND TO A DOG!

Worst experience of any KFC in my 66 years. Coming through from Dothan on our way to OK, our family stopped and got 16 pc bucket with Cole slaw, mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese to share with elderly relatives in Reform, 30 min away. When we tried to serve the crowd, we found SIX pieces only in the bucket an only 1/2 the usual amount of Cole slaw. SIX pieces for $64! I called and was told I’d have to drive all the way back because my credit card couldn’t be refunded electronically. So frustrated with this backwards franchise. Will NEVER count on them again.

So frustrating. I ordered to combos, 1 with white meat and one with dark meat. I got to the grove thru window and asked the guy at the window if he got my order right. I did repeat my order and he said that’s what he has. Got home and the order was wrong. Everything is white meat. Also they have no extra crispy again. This happened 15 min ago

Check your bag, if they don’t have biscuits they’ll give you some soggy sandwich bread. If they don’t have a side you asked for they’ll throw something else in even when you explicitly asked for certain sides.
