I had my Brother tell me they had old time KFC chicken but their was a rude woman who worked there. I ordered online and arrived at the pickup window. I met the rude woman 1st hand. I went inside as I was ordered to do by the aforementioned woman. She was rude again. So other than the rudeness. The chicken was fabulous. The gentleman that was cooking it was staying to himself and just cooking delicious chicken. Best I’ve had in 25 + years. Well done sir! Also noticed they were last on that little board that keeps up with quickness of service throughout the state. So come patient but hungry.

They used to use a nice square box for the fans favorite box. It had all types of sauces and very handy for travel. Last two times I have been here though weeks apart they keep saying they are out of the boxes. So they give you everything in smaller boxes. They had me pull up so they could cook it but when they brought it out it was like they mixed old and fresh. Everybody knows you dont do that. Then to make matters worse I had to go inside to get any sauces or napkins. Place has really went down hill. Used to be great.

8/30/25 – My review above should be deleted! This afternoon’s order is a complete embarrassment. What happened? Do you not care anymore!? The OLDEST chicken sandwich in town, and my order of wedges was a mix of old wedges and even older french fries!! Shame on you.

I went in one evening and their was this young lady at the register named McKaylah which I got off the receipt and she was so patient and kind and you could tell she absolutely loved her job as she is one of the sweetest fast food workers I’ve ever encountered even within the restaurant itself, she served me with a bright smile and I felt very welcomed in the establishment! It’s very good to know we still have good people In this world and she also made sure my order was made correctly! Y’all need to keep her as she will definitely boost y’all’s sales.

Instead of using idle time to clean (and clean again), everyone goes on a smoke break? That work ethic rarely translates into a good customer experience. A wise man once told me that when there are only one or two cars in the lot, and all the workers are outside, pass it by. Nothing good going on there. FYSA.

Can definitely tell a difference in management, a lot of changes and store is a lot cleaner too. Food is fresher I don’t know if they got a different oil or what but it’s cooked better. Lobby is always full I love how family friendly they are. Not many places like that around anymore.

Haven’t had kfc be this good in a while. Not greasy or soggy. Also fully fully cooked unlike other KFCs where I find red meat near the bone. Ugh!!! Plus the woman in The drive thru with a lil gray hair was so pleasant. Such a sweetheart.

Have you ever been to a disappointing Kentucky fried chicken? Well, this won’t let you down. It’s worse than all of them. I have no idea how they passed the health food inspection in the store. It’s filthy. When you wanna place an order, they act like you’re bothering them And the two people ahead of me their orders were wrong just like mine was wrong I am going to place a call to the health food inspectors to find out how this place passed. Maybe the governor and the state needs to get involved.
