Svc is horrible here. The lady at the windows is rude 1st they messed my order up had to ask for my receipt several times b4 they gave it to me then kept asking me to pull up or bk so I dont sit on their timer bc they messed up my order. I definitely won’t be coming bk here. I work in customer service and never have I treated a customer so rude I see why there was no one else there when I pulled up.

Went to place an order today and the crew. That is there this morning before? 12 o’clock was very unpleasant. Very rude, very disrespectful. I was told one thing in the drive. Through got to the window and the order was different. I was told I could make my own selection of what it is that I want it and it will be one price then when I get there, there’s another exit receptionist or clerk to explain it to me. Manager came to the front of the window and became very rude. And out of place you need a new team.That’s why your rating is what it is that attitude?The atmosphere of the ladies that work there are unacceptable.You need to fire all and get a new team again thank you

Was told they didn’t have any food at 815 pm, mentioned calling corporate and the story changed. They don’t want to work after 8 pm. They lying about not having food instead of cooking because they’re preparing to get off work. Customer service sucks as well!!! Definitely NOT coming back!!!!! Really need to shut this mess down

This location is the worst in my opinion. The customer service people have poor work ethics I do not care what I order it is always wrong when I open my bag! Every time. You will never get an answer if you call. They will never reply if you leave a vm either.

The atmosphere was nice the music that was playing over head was great and it was relaxing to sit down with my family and enjoy a meal. It wasn’t as clean as it could have been the seating area that is but everything tastes good. The cashier and manager will both very friendly.
