This would have been a four- fice star experience had the cleanliness of the restroom and lobby been up to par. The staff was friendly, times were decent and the food was correct.

I came into the lobby for a sit down meal. The female clerk told me they were closing the lobby soon. So she said I could only get my food to go. So I walked away. She asked me if I still wanted to order. I asked why would I buy food when I don’t have a place to eat it. She says “you can eat it in your car. “
I’m not going to eat in my car. That’s a mess for a table not the inside of my car.
One more reason kfc is going bankrupt.
She could have let me eat my meal and lock the door so no one else can come in and lock the lobby after I left.
Hire people with kfc succeeding mind set.
Never again, just shut down if you don’t care about your business.

I do not recommend… service was bad, staff was somewhat rude, fries were super salty, chicken was over cooked and the store was filthy… I bet the windows have not been cleaned in years…

I have been many times to the 157 store and it I went last week and it was extremely clean and the service was the fastest I have ever gotten. I was even there during the Sunday lunch rush hour and there wasn’t any trash in the floors and all the tables were wiped clean. The new manager was so kind and professional. We will be returning!

Terrible. Older manager was amazing. Helped us order. When he had to ask his staff if they were out on certain things, a younger kid would yell back at him constantly. The kid gave us our order without even letting us know it was ready whilst missing half the items. Fast food working can suck but don’t have to ruin everyone else’s night and dinner for it. Man up and grow a pair.

I will no longer make purchases from this store and I suggest you stop too. $30 should fill 2 adults and a child, unfortunately, my child’s food was not in the bag along with the rest of the food. Wasn’t refunded or replaced. Chicken was hard as a rock, the famous bowl apparently no longer have chicken in them and the mashed potatoes taste like they were ‘mashed’ by feet. Do better KFC employees. The only thing out of my order that was decent was the 1/2 gallon beverage bucket.
