We had ordered fries and got mashed potatoes and gravy. I didn’t realize until it was too late. The wait staff was very friendly and gave us all the supplies we needed. The food was just OK.

We stopped by to grab food to go. I was so impressed with this KFC. We have one close to where we live but traveling and chose this one. Everything was clean, the employees were polite, and food arrived so quickly as ordered!

After we ordered from the drive-thru it took about ten minutes for them to bring us our order. I thought it was going to be fresh and hot with the time we waited, but boy was I wrong. The fries looked and tasted like they have been in the fryer about 3 times. The chicken tasted like it had been in a refrigerator for 1-2 days then warmed back up. And on top of that, they forgot our sauce. The only thing that was good was the Pepsi and I don’t even like Pepsi.

Sitting here at Taco Bell writing this review. Reason is I wasn’t served at the Childersburg KFC. For 10 minutes I stood at the counter. Never once was I even acknowledged much less my order taken. One other person waiting on their food and two cars in the drive thru. If you’re not going to serve your customers you might as well just shut down.

Service is on par for what I have determined to be KFC’s very low standards.
The fountain machine in the lobby was spitting water out of the ice machine portion and was leaking out of three other places.
The cashier did not appear sober or abel enough to use a cell phone, much less a point of sale system.
The chicken tenders that I received contained a little more meat than you would get from a chicken McNugget. As requested there were only four in the box that cost me $12. The fries were edible, warm not hot. The corn has a smell coming off of it that is making me rethink my dining choices for this evening.
