Not very pleased! It was quite pricy for what I got. The chicken was overcooked and dry. I had to wait for ten minutes for my biscuits. I will more than likely not be returning.

This was absolutely the worst kfc I have ever been to in my life. It was very slow to order inside. The guy who took our order had to get the manager because he screwed up the order. We waited about ten minutes and we only had one order in front of us. He then helped get the order ready and never even put gloves on. The manager who handed it to me had to be reminded about the butter and honey we asked for. We get all the way home and discovered they forgot the biscuts on the order. So I had to leave my supper and run back to get them. Chicken was very greasy but at least the biscuits were good. I will never go back there again.

Order was wrong when I got home. Specifically asked for 8 piece bucket and said 2 each of breast, legs, wings, and thighs. Got home and had 4 thighs, 2 legs and 2 wings. This location does things like this frequently. I know others in this area with the same issue. I trusted the guy in drive through since he said the 8 piece bucket always comes as I had ordered. My mistake in trusting that they finally hired people who know what the 8 pieces actually look like.

I ordered uber eats tonight I ordered the 16 piece tender meal it arrived no dipping sauces that I selected the tenders were over cooked and dry my wedges were cold the only things that was good was my coleslaw and Biscuits otherwise Im not ordering from here again

Food was not great, but our cashier Ce, was fantastic. I wish she would go somewhere else where her people skills and customer service were better matched with the quality of food and the environment. She was fast, friendly and accurate. She told us about all the deals that were going on and saved us about $10 on our meal. She was knowledgeable and professional and she is the only thing that kept me from giving a 1 star review. Other employees here are rude, cold, and act like you’re bothering them. One of the employees said they needed a managers help, and I could hear the manager screaming from the back “WHAT DO YOU WANT NOW?!” I can’t imagine what it’s like working at a place with such poor behavior from leadership. Anyways. I probably won’t be back simply because the food was not as good as I’d hoped. Maybe it would be different during a different time of day or under a different supervisor.

Just came through the drive about 17 minutes to close ( didn’t pay attention to the time). Tonya made sure our food was hot and fresh!!! Not use to this especially in these times! Where the employees are just as hard and cold as the food they serve you! Thank you Tonya! For being a human being and a wonderful host!

My husband and I decided to eat inside KFC today. We hadn’t been for years. It was so nice and clean. We had excellent service. And the food was delicious!! We got a meal with 8pcs of chicken, 5 biscuits, and 2 sides. Plus 2 drinks. Price was good. If you haven’t been to KFC in Okeechobee in a while check them out. I am sure you will have a great dining experience. Thank you KFC!!

Open 6 hours and our chicken tasted and looked like it was made the day before. It was dry and gross kind of sour. Do yourself a favor and go to Popeyes this place has been shut down more times than Michael Jackson has had cosmetic surgery.
