We go here once in a while because we do like their chicken but we avoid the drive thru for a few reasons, they always seem to mess up our order’s or the wait takes forever. My recent visit, (Oct. 29, 2017), I ordered just 1 chicken breast by itself. Well when I got home that 1 chicken breast that cost me $2.50 was the size of a lg. chicken nugget. I took a photo so everyone that reads this review can see it! So please check your order before you leave EVEN if you use the drive thru! I knew better but didn’t this time due to being in a hurry and I got screwed. Update: 12/17 – I got the a side of mash potatoes amongst other thing’s but again once I got home my mash potatoes tasted disgusting to the point I couldn’t even eat them. I found out why when I went to throw them away the bottom of the Styrofoam cont. looked funny so I spooned out the remaining potatoes to see the Styrofoam was melted by way of they MICROWAVING them therefore I was tasting the Styrofoam in the potatoes, WTH?!!!

This is one of the worst KFCs I’ve ever been to. The food was lukewarm like it was cooked a while ago and left out. The fries were dark brown like they were cooked in dirty grease. NEVER AGAIN.

Sometimes friendly service (it’s a kfc buffet restaurant not a five star restaurant.. don’t expect much) but they now make hot wings made to order.. this is great because the last time I was there they tried to sell me stale wings that I know was there for a while until asking them to make fresh ones for me. They did thankfully but the only problem is it is a 11 min wait! It’s worth the wait however because nothing beats fresh juicy hot wings!

So it seems every time I visit a KFC over the past 15 years service is a cluster or non-existent. I presented a simple coupon to the cashier where is it took 5 to 7 minutes to decipher this coupon. The coupon clearly stated what it entailed. Glad I wasn’t eating the buffet because it had no chicken and not very good looking sides with it. Also enclosed is a picture of the top of your Buffet line you really have to zoom in to see how disgusting it really is. Notice the sanitary covers from the food sitting in the dust on top of this Buffet line. And it really is unfortunate that this happens at KFC because you do have a good product.
