The staff is friendly and the food was fresh. However the building needs some serious love. It’s very apparent they have a roof issue. There were 2 employees scrubbing down the dining room, but the place is past the point of just needing a good scrub.

I have one simple question to the management or the owner of this store. Where do you get your employees from? Went to this KFC while driving to Orlando and stopped for a quick lunch. Only one person ahead of me and they were moving super slow. The lady at the cashier never said at least good afternoon or how can I help you… nothing she had a nasty attitude and zero customer service. I felt like they were paying me to be there. I ordered the crispy chicken and I got the original one and it was dry. The fries were not fresh either. I will definitely avoid this KFC unless you want to be treated like you’re nobody. Customer service is the key for success in any basic business.

The customer service sucked. Three workers in there who focused more on the drive through than the people in the restaurant. No knowledgement or greeting to us coming in. They came to the counter to clear the drive through screen and still not acknowledge us standing there. We waited and waited until someone came to then want to rush take our order. It was a turn off to eat, only because my elderly mother needed something to eat i got her something. I understand you are busy but you must acknowledge all customers not just the Caucasians.

The service was speedy. They were very accommodating to substitutions. The food was as expected. The cleanliness of the restaurant left a little more to be desired. Many tables were quite dirty. My napkin stuck to the table when I tried to wipe it off. Trip two: Our order was messed up but resolved quickly. The men’s restroom was absolutely disgusting. Tee seating area was much tidier than our first visit.

The price of this chicken is so expensive. Luckily, the young lady told me to go on the app so I can get a better deal. She helped me through it since it was difficult to sign up. I wish I would’ve known her name. she was very nice. While waiting for my order, I did go to the ladies room that was very dirty with no toilet paper. I ended up going to the men’s room even though I’m a female. At least there was toilet paper and the toilet was cleaner. But the mirror and the sink and the floor looks like it has not been clean for the longest time. Definitely needs cleaning & improvement. Since the menu is so expensive, I would think there would be some money left over to make improvements besides cleanliness.

Was disappointed at first.Went there for all you can eat buffet.As you can see with the pics the buffet was mostly empty.We were there around 4:30 at night.They were not even busy.I seen no excuse as to why there was hardly a thing in the buffet.Maybe a couple pieces of chicken,a few dried up biscuits.We were not impressed.Ended up ordering a bucket of chicken( the $20 bucket) & getting a few drinks & eating it there.I will say the food was hot.The chicken was great.So it wasn’t a total waste.We’ll go back to this KFC & TRY IT AGAIN.

I was in line over 25 minutes just to hear them tell me that they didn’t have any chicken and I had to wait about 45 minutes or come back later. Haven’t been back since then. I had to drive to the one by 95 just to get service.

Originally went for a 8 piece two large sides they did not have the chicken ready so I settled for whatever they had then they parked me and I still had to wait 10 minutes for a extra biscuit that was not even in my bag there was nobody there so it was not busy I’m just baffled that you guys are not stocked and ready to go it’s dinner time on a Sunday I worked at KFC in Okeechobee county they got fort Pierce beat by miles I would definitely retrain your people have a super blessed day very nice young lady though
