Placed a pick up order, and in the app it said to pick up in the drive thru. When I got to the window they told me I had to come inside to pick it up, or circle around the line again to pick up. There was absolutely no other cars in the drive thru, we asked to just wait at the window and they refused. Lazy and rude employees.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru, 6:30 on a Sunday, only to be told “We don’t have any pot pies, We dont have tenders either. We only have dark meat right now.” Employees seen through the drive thru winow were complaining about all the stacked up deliveries. Don’t bother. This is a prime example of why KFC locations always go out of business.

Got the $20 meal come for two potatoes they told me I could swap out the one potato for coleslaw which they didn’t and I got two potatoes and the biscuits were so hard they would they would’ve made good target practice but you really need something that would but if you hit it, I had a previous encounter there too. I just set in line for almost 20 minutes. They didn’t. They were out of original chicken, which they didn’t tell me till I got to the window and paid I tried to change it tenders, but they said they couldn’t do that and I said why they say we’re not corporate here. We don’t have to switch food never go back there again. It was awful convenient right beside Sam club the one on down on 19 on the right a couple miles is a 10 times better

Horrible experience!!!! Cashier made me feel as if I was putting her out of her way to do her job. I ordered a 12 piece chicken dinner with all the sides to go and when I got home boy was there a surprise for me! I got eight pieces of chicken was charge over $36 and below are pictures of the size of the chicken I got. Very disappointing! When I called the store five times nobody answers. Not cool! I will spread the word!

Placed a to go order at the drive up. Fast food is not my usual go to meal so I was not used to the menu. I ordered dark meat for my husband and all I wanted was chicken tenders. There was a 5- pc chicken tender “box” (which I guess is like a “meal”) but all I wanted was the chicken tenders. So instead of explaining that they don’t sell just tenders in a quantity of 5, they over charged me. In fact, I could have ordered 6-pcs of chicken tenders cheaper! I even questioned the high price when I got to the payment window and the guy just said “that’s what the price is”. With cars behind me, I quickly moved on but the price still didn’t sit right with me so I checked my slip. They charged me for a 3 pc chicken tender then two more pieces “a-la-cart”. This ended up costing $3.30 more than buying a 6 piece. So the manager, Ed, was reluctant, but agreed to give me the difference back and told me for the next time, “that’s not how they do it”. I tried explaining that it would have been helpful if the person who took my order would have explained that, but he was too busy to be concerned with me and totally ignored me. The fact that he gave me money back is why I’m giving 2 stars and not one. They should train their workers better in the customer service department.

In my opinion this KFC is awesome. The cashier Jessica has such a sweet personality and the other members of the staff just go above and beyond. It’s obvious that the manager keeps everything and everyone in order. I went in way early today to get my usual extra crispy combo in which I always substitute for the wings. Oh my are they the best. The wings came out so fresh and crispy. The staff surprised me with an extra wing because of the wait time. This is what keeps customers coming back. I know I’ll definitely be back for more. Thank you KFC for hiring and keeping this group of workers!!!

I am very upset with the way my son was treated when he went to grab my mobile order. The person that helped him made him go get the phone from the car so he could show him the order before handing it to him. Why assume he was trying to take someone else’s order. Usually I never get asked to show my phone at all. Then before he hand my son the order a girl walks in ask him for her order and he did not ask her for her phone to check her order. My son is the most humble person you will ever meet. He felt offended but kept his mouth shut because he has respect for others. I will not be ordering from this location from here on.

I ordered a four piece dinner original recipe and asked for a second biscuit instead of a drink. The lady at the payment window repeated the order but shame on me for not checking before leaving. When I got home, I had a three piece meal, crispy – not original and only one biscuit. The food was good but not what I wanted. Next time I will sit at the pickup window and look in the box.

Though the food tasted good, the potatoes definitely looked like they are made from a powder, and I found an extremely long hair cooked into my chicken. I usually try other kfcs in the area as I find their kitchen cleaner and their employees friendlier.
