I am the HR manager for Raney’s. We celebrated Fun @ Work Day yesterday and ordered lunch for our crew. Everything was delivered on time, hot and the order was perfect!! Everyone was raving about lunch!! Thank you KFC and Charles Henry for making our event a success!!

Waited about 20 minutes for iced cold, rubbery food. The biscuits were hot but everything else was cold. Also they mean to discourage people from coming inside. We just drove a 12 hour drive from Tennessee to eat here and boy, EVERYONE working was rude… And we all want to blame the workers, right? Nah, its 100% they don’t get paid enough to keep up morale. Your workers wouldn’t *hate* working if they were paid a living wage. I miss when everyone in my county could afford to live. It was much more rewarding to go out to eat and not have to be a burden.

This is one of the best KFC locations I’ve eaten at. All the employees are very nice, friendly and efficient. The buffet is a nice option with chicken grilled to order. I did not have a lot of time so I only ordered a chicken sandwich, but it was delicious! I hope this helps, till next time stay Frosty!

Ordered a 12 piece family meal that is supposed to come with 6 biscuits. Get home and the box only had 4. Ordered a large mac and cheese and it looked old and had green beans mixed in. Also the 12 piece was to be mixed and it was all white meat except for 1 leg.

We’ve been here multiple times and every single time it takes over 30 minutes to get our food. Most of the time its pretty good but it has taken over an hour at times.

We had delivery from this location and when calling in to confirm our order, we spoke to Shaquanda, (My apologies if I spelled your name incorrectly) who was super nice and helpful made sure our order was squared away. Thank you! Everything was fresh and yummy! Our family really enjoyed our dinner.

I can almost deal with the hair in my chicken breast, but I can’t deal with no gravy on my mashed potatoes! This has to be the worst KFC I keep going to because I’m not driving 30 minutes to the next available one! Please hire more adequate employees not just who’s able to fill in! Unbelievable
