I want to give a huge shoutout to Juan, the manager at the KFC in Immokalee, Florida, and to Berto for the outstanding job they did during our visit.
Juan’s leadership truly stands out. He was professional, attentive, and clearly takes great pride in running his store. You can tell he has really turned this location around—the atmosphere, service, and overall experience reflect that.
Berto was equally impressive—friendly, efficient, and genuinely pleasant to interact with. The food was excellent, fresh, and prepared exactly as it should be.
It’s refreshing to see a team that cares so much about quality and customer experience. Because of Juan and Berto, this KFC left a great impression on us, and we will absolutely be returning. Keep up the amazing work!

I ordered a famous bowl and when I was on my last few bites I started choking. When I finally coughed out whatever I had tried to swallow I saw that it was a piece of melted clear plastic. I live too far to just go back to the restaurant with a complaint. And also I don’t think I can bring myself to go through it a second time.

At least the original chicken is intact now I still believe they need stickers on the bottom of the sides that tell when they were packed date and time my Mac and cheese was so hard and coleslaw was just cabbage and carrots no sauce. Chicken was great and nuggets were good.

Chicken was awful, do not recommend going and ordering when they first open. Chicken done but under cooked. Not to KFC standards. I frequently eat there, but I have a change of heart. Along with ordering the #7 box, asking for all white and getting charged for 2 breast, I understand the surcharge for 1 breast. Especially, when the supervisor on shift couldn’t explain it.

I just had a very wonderful experience in this KFC today. The quality of the food was superb and the customer service was outstanding. The lady that took my order was very helpful, polite, and had to be the best employee for this store. Her name is Maria! I’m not sure if she is the manager but if she isn’t it would be in the best interest of KFC to have her manage this store or a different location. She greeted me very pleasantly and was very helpful with getting the food out in a timely manner. Maria was absolutely awesome. Her attitude was GREAT and she would be a great example to lead her team with excellence.

My husband and I just had a very wonderful experience in this KFC tonight. The quality of the food was superb and the customer service was even better. Even though they were very busy the kitchen team expedited things the wait times were minimal and the attention to detail in the kitchen was impeccable
My wife and I have food allergies that must be adhered to and they made sure that they prepared everything just right. Emma the store manager was absolutely awesome her attitude is always GREAT and she leads her team by setting the example with excellence and leads with a top-down approach. Thanks for the wonderful experience tonight Emma and crew!!!

KFC at immokkalee is a great place to eat the best chicken in town and it’s so much better than any other place.This place has a new manager and it’s so amazing to have them there for lunch and dinner every day gives them a try you won’t be disappointed I promise you.

Took over 20 minutes in the drive thru. Ordered family meal only received half the sides and half the amount of chicken but paid for all of it. I ended up having to prepare additional food to feed the family.
