Ordered 2 chicken bowls for Door Dash about 45 minutes before closing. The food arrived and we had no chicken at in the bowls. I called the store. The first employee kept saying in broken English that she didn’t understand me. A young male came on the phone. I explained we had no chicken in our chicken bowls. He told me they ran out. I asked why he wouldn’t call us, refund or offer substitutions. He hung up on me!

Horrible team and customer service. Didn’t give us our food, denied giving it to us because they said we had to return the order after we drove. They have a sign detailing if they make the order incorrectly the meal is free but wanted to charge me for two different meals.

Excellent product when I was there. Chicken was cooked perfectly. We had people. We ordered and waited until it was ready about 10-15 minutes. We were planning on eating in the car. No napkins were included ….Otherwise the chicken was great . Blessings JMAC

Horrible KFC. Manager and employees are rude and dishonest. Tried to order a 2 piece meal and the manager and cashier tried to RIP me off. They claim that the 2 piece meal for 8.00 approx is for dark meat only. They tried to charge 2 extra dollars claiming that the 2 piece meal never comes with white meat including chicken breasts. KFC corporate should investigate this crooked KFC and franchisee…….I will never go back to this KFC ever!!!!!!

This KFC is poorly managed! I went there today like I have in the past and ordered a bucket but I ALWAYS get extra crispy ALL WHITE MEAT and gladly pay the difference- I only want to pay for what I am going to eat- the supervisor for today 2/5/23 needs to take a course on customer service, she did not want to sell me my usual order, and her reason of I can’t was not good enough – she has poor communication skills and lacks emotion, ppl were waiting over 30 minutes for extra crispy, another gentleman asked for a refund as he waited over 30 mins for a strip combo!! I used to drive from Lehigh to Immokolee to go to this kfc but never again will I do business here!! They need retraining on what EXCELLENT customer service is!!
