Should be zero stars. First this place is disgusting and dirty. They will get your order wrong 9 out of 10 times. Then they try to tell you they have you the right order. Horrible ride staff. Then the food is cold and how the heck do your burn chicken tenders? What’s is this and I would never eat it. Food went in garbage. Complain to corporate and no one cares, no call back. Nothing… Zero concern for customer service.

Went through the drive through around 4pm Sunday 2/13/26. Were told to wait for the food for a “couple of minutes”. 45 minutes later and after 2 trips iniside looking for an ETA…staff was rude, not apologetic, and they didn’t even get the chicken order right! It takes effort to be this bad. For $42 we should have asked for our money back and gone to one of the local happy hours for better food and service! Disappointing for KFC.

Was going there always when there was different management. decided to get 2 pot pies tnight. When arriving home to eat them they were under cooked. carrots hard, peas hard and chicken over cooked!!!???. So i called to complain because they use to do well. Person who answered which was the person who gave me my order. Didn’t care about my complaint. And this was after i told her last time i was there they didnt give me my 12$ meal i ordered. Never eating there again! Im not one to do this much but im jus a person that takes pride in whatever i do. I know its fast food but show some pride in what u do!

Worst chicken I ever had in my life. I have eaten KFC for a lot of years, but this was terrible. Spent almost 50 on a 12 peace family meal and had th throw it all away. Good thing the sides were OK, we had a little something to eat. I will never go to this location again. And the place was filthy dirty inside.

Do not ever go here! Prices are horrible asked for extra chicken they literally gave me three extra little nuggets and on top of that I spoke with the manager she didn’t seem to care that whoever packed my food packed it in correctly so when I opened it it exploded everywhere she didn’t even offer an apology and then she closed the door in my face. Definitely will not be eating here again

Beyond chicken is beyond awesome!
Available in a 6 piece or 12 piece beyond chicken nugget meal. We got the big one with fries and a medium sierra mist with some other sides.
The meal is served in the standard wax lined cardboard fold-up to go box, but it’s bright green. The color really catches your eye. If you’ve seen the sequel to “Super Size Me,” it’s the same as the chicken restaurant he opens in “Super Size Me 2: Holy Chicken.” Morgan Spurlock (writer and director of the documentary) explains that the green color is associated with vegetables/healthy items so consumers subconsciously think it’s the better choice, or at least a healthier one. Don’t let it fool you lol they are deep fried to perfection, and there’s nothing healthy about that.
The overall look is that of a uniform rectangle nugget off any fast food menu, but the breading is thick and crispy – you could tell it was breaded nicely before even picking one up. The bite is soft, slightly chewy, crispy and seasoned so well! Look at the photos for the texture (I tried to get a close up). They look like you are peeling a part a real piece of chicken. It’s unreal just how realistic the taste and texture is.
Hats off! I hope this is here to stay!

I ordered an 8 piece meal online. I picked it up and got it home and I was shorted 2 pieces. I call the store and she said I just come and pick it up. When I went back I stood at the counter for 5-10 minutes with 5 employees scrambling around in back ignoring the counter and 3 customers waiting on food. When they finally brought food to a customer I told the Employee that I called and she looked at me like you really came back. Sorry if I pay for something I feel I should get it. Just all around disappointed in this store.

I get food from there 2 weeks ago, i get the $30 fill up meal deal. Its supposed to come with 1/2 gallon drink of choice, 2 cookies, 2 mashed potatoes 2 gravy, slaw, 4 biscuits and chicken. Well, not even close to closing time and they ran out of biscuits so they offer more cookies, thats fine.. if you would have actually have given me my original cookies and the ones promised. The chicken’s breading was all off or barely on when i asked for crispy. The gravy was spilled all over the bowls and out of them!! I’ve had issues before, but not this extreme!!!
