Lydia and Corina KNOW customer service! I ordered a dinner online and received my confirmation so I headed out to get my comfort food after having my doggie pass away earlier that afternoon. Once I arrived we realized they never received my order. We checked my confirmation and ALL info was correct especially store location. We all were confused and I never got mad as I was too sad and I understood modern technology and its failures at times. Lydia gave me a phone number to call for KFC to try and atleast get a refund. The 2 women that I talked to on the phone were wonderful and we were done. Well the next day I get a call from Lydia at the restaurant and she told me to come by and they were going to give me a meal…exactly what I ordered. I was stunned yet so grateful! I just got my food and Corina waited on me. She was extremely kind and nice and gave me my meal plus a lil dessert It ended with us shaking hands and smiling.
Folks….im older and how all if this was handled was TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE & Im very thankful. ❣️

First time here and I have to say I was impressed. The place is exceptionally clean. I’m honestly not sure why there are complaints in some of the reviews—people will always find something to criticize. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend it.

I got the chicken pot pie,It was very hot,shredded chicken with vegetables,really good size and the flavor was good I would buy it again .we went through the drive through,The woman in the drive through was really nice and had great customer service

Horrible service ordered a bunch of food missing stuff only gave me 3 cheese things in a box.Well, I don’t know why the hell that is only 3 in a box.. biscuits were neber added to thenorder after them asking me how many i wanted.French fries are cold food was cold went to get food for my wife an children.. $31 dollars down the drain.. food was trash i will never refer anyone to this location

Yailin was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always smiling and providing excellent service. She was very helpful while assisting us with our order, and her positive attitude truly stood out. Yailin also provided great customer service, making the overall experience pleasant.
However, we did have a concern regarding the manager, Lidia. While Yailin was assisting us with missing food items and we were expressing our appreciation for her help, the manager approached and interrupted her, telling her to focus on customers—even though we were the customers she was assisting at that moment. This interaction felt unprofessional and was uncomfortable, especially as it occurred in front of other customers in the store.
We want to emphasize that this feedback is meant to acknowledge the excellent service provided by Yailin , while also respectfully addressing an issue we observed. Overall, we highly recommend the staff for their great customer service, particularly Yailin.

Bunch of weirdos working here. Pulled up about 10 minutes before close to get a quick dinner. Understandably worker’s trying to go home, but instead of letting us know they were closed, they let us just sit in the drive thru. We thought maybe they were busy so we tried to go inside and they had locked the doors. There was some body in there getting their meal and as we pulled in we saw 2 other cars pulling out of the drive thru. Respectfully, I’ve worked customer service for years. Closing the doors BEFORE CLOSING TIME is unacceptable. I still don’t understand how locking the doors 7 minutes before close was going to help them get out faster. We didn’t have a big order either. They might as well stay open, help the last customers of the day and then get out. People like that are too impatient to be working in customer service.

Yailin was exceptionally friendly and demonstrated a tremendous work ethic. While dining in, I observed her providing courteous service to customers. Unfortunately, I also witnessed a manager interrupt and speak to her in a disrespectful manner while she was assisting another customer. This interaction appeared unprofessional and took place in front of guests.
I would strongly recommend addressing this matter with the manager and emphasizing the importance of handling corrective conversations privately and respectfully, rather than in front of customers

Girl at drive thru was MISERABLE! Soda had zero flavor, it was just soda water without the syrup…they should know it needs to be taken care of. Nasty. Food was good. Won’t return to this location again.

Went through drive-through and was greeted by a very friendly gentleman who took time to listen to my order and even suggest a combo meal that was a little bit more, but included an extra side. Very refreshing to have someone who actually pays attention and sounded like they were having a good day.
Appeared to be the manager when I paid. Nice guy.
