Decided to stop in for some lunch at this location I should have kept driving past. Walking in should have been a giveaway to leave place was empty and looked like a closed down business. Decided to try the famous bowl since I kept seeing commercials about it and looked good. It’s basically a frozen dinner from a dollar store with about 5 popcorn chicken pieces on it. Definitely not worth the money and time so pick something else unless you just want mashed potatoes with gravy and corn. Definitely will not be purchasing that again.

This place is usually top notch but today it seems as if they’re putting cleaning products in their fruit punch. Maybe the mechanism needs to be cleaned. Tasted horrible. Lets hope the cleaning products are left out of the drinks from now on. LIVES ARE AT STAKE!!!

Not worth the wait! Told it would be a wait for extra crispy, which is fine. When I called to see where the order was someone in the background said they brought it out….clearly not if I’m calling asking for my order.

I was given the wrong order. I didn’t notice till I got home but said oh well I’ll just eat the wrong order even though I paid like $10 more than what was in the order I received. Started eating and the chicken is undercooked pink. Every single chicken wing was pink on the inside. This place needs quality control. Never coming back.

I ordered on the mobile app for pickup thru the drive thru. I was told I had to come in for verification. I said I was physically unable. I was told to pull around front they would come out and verify it this one time but after this I must come in for verification and pickup.
I said I wouldn’t be back. The GM was okay with me not coming back.
I called to voice my complaint and the GM took the phone and again told me it was policy.
After a heated debate, he hung up on me. I tried to call back and wanted to apologize for my rudeness but they wouldn’t take my call. I want to say I was wrong for being so upset and my rudeness.

Had went through the Drive-Thru to order food since I’m not feeling well they were really quick in service and friendly. I proceeded to go home and once I got home my entire bag fell on the ground. I came back to the restaurant and they were more than happy to replace my order. Just wanted to thank the night crew that was working tonight.

I normally come during lunch hours , this day I came at dinner, the service was horrible, kids can’t get orders straight 2 people to bag one order. Multiple people walked out while I stood waiting for my order that at this point is well over 15 mins . And as in typing this I’m still waiting. Can’t even get 1 order right, I said the name was Brown they said Ray and Bryant? Why? Terrible, who hired these people. One kid is just sitting up front looking , he has no idea what’s going on. Just looking and smiling doing nothing
Also I waited almost 15 whole minutes for a biscuit, ridiculous

I give this KFC 5 stars they were open Thursday night literally right after the hurricane and they were slammed there were about 20 cars in front of us and they were still extremely polite and informative on what they had left God bless those people because not just anyone is going to show up to work after a disaster in a good mood none of the people waiting in line knew if the workers had gas,electricity, food or just the necessities but yet these people showed up and provided the best service! Thank you KFC the best damn chicken after a hurricane
