I just had the BEST customer service experience here. Atone and Madelyne were amazing! Atone went over and beyond for me and my family. I ordered a chicken little meal and asked for buffalo ranch sauce to dip it in because in the past when I’ve gone to KFC they said they no longer had the buffalo chicken littles. Well, Atone offered to serve mine sauced with a buffalo sauce and I was so thrilled! Yes please and Atone even added napkins onto my plate for me they were both fast, efficient, and had amazing customer service which seems to be a dying breed these days. Not only were the KFC employees awesome but the customers were also very polite. Overall great experience and atmosphere. The food was great and hot!

I just decided to go to KFC for dinner one night. I haven’t had their food in quite awhile. I had extra crispy drumsticks, mashed potatoes and gravy, an coleslaw, plus a biscuit. My friend had the original chicken plus sides of potatoes and Mac an cheese. There wasn’t any one else in that day. Everything was really good.

everytime I come in to do a pickup here, the workers are SO kind. Even in the face of super nasty inpatient customers. I love doing pickups at this location. They’re sweeties (& have much more patience than I would in their position lol)

The manager at this KFC deserves the biggest shout out. He is the most sweetest and kind person. Almost every time I come, he is running the place by himself and does an amazing job and has the best customer service. 10/10 service every time i come!

Worst experience ever had and from your management team. My mom went in to order only legs as she has done for years with no problem. She was ignored when she walked in and when asked for help was told “The kiosk is there, use it”. She informed the workers that she was not able to use it, waited 20 minutes and still no help. When finally received help, the workers took the order by ear and walked away. The manager came over and said no, you cannot have it and was just extremely rude. She just lost her husband last Friday, this kind of service was the last thing needed. No one should be treated the way that your employees and management is treating people.

Went drive thru as soon we pulled up the person said CAN I HELP YOU!!!we said give us a minute. We looked at the menu then said ok we ready. The person said you will have to wait.went we placed the order we had to say it three times then person said let’s start over.all we asked for were two chicken sandwiches.so we drove up to the window and the person instantly got a attitude she took the order and handed the change back in Nickles and said pull up to front doors of the store. We waited and waited.people that had went in after we pulled to front doors were going out with there orders.So I told my brother to get a refund I didn’t trust that something was wrong with the food.the manager got nasty when we asked for the money back.we said just give us the refund and we will go somewhere else service was
