The pot pies are awesome! Great crust. The last one i got was unusually lacking chicken. They were on special for $4.99. We drive thru because inside isn’t very nice so we take it to go.

I want my money back. There was no pickle or anything on my sandwich and barely any sauce. I threw out the fries because they were soo bad and my drink was watered down. And they gave me mashed potatoes on my girlfriends meal without asking… can we get a mac n cheese instead of mash potatoes? The chicken was smelly as well and not fresh like it was not refrigerated before cooking.

it’s ironic that the extra crispy bucket of chicken isn’t crispy at all because the chicken pieces steam themself, packed inside the bucket, under the cardboard lid, in the plastic bag, inside the togo paper bag.

I don’t even know how this KFC location is still open. However, my experience today prompted me to leave a bad review. Thanks to the manager on duty today, Feb 16th at 12pmish.
I placed an order online for the new queso that looked so delicious in the app. I get there 15 minutes later for my pickup order which is not ready. I wait in line for the nice gentleman taking orders. I let him know I am waiting for my pickup order and he immediately goes to make my order. I see him using what looks like watery soup packing in a container for my order. Once he hands it to me. I noticed it was extremely watery so I kindly asked if I could get something in place of it or even the nacho cheese sauce. Since this is a Taco Bell KFC location. He goes to the manager who is working on the other side in the drive-thru window. She tells him it’s supposed to look like that and will eventually thicken up. He relays the message to me. The queso look disgusting at that point so I still asked kindly if I could just get nacho cheese sauce. He has to walk around to get back to the drive-thru area to ask her and instead of just coming over to me she yells from over the food heating counter that she cannot substitute for a Taco Bell item. This was something minor that could have just been fixed with her coming to have a conversation with me instead of making the nice gentleman walk back and forth with her answers to my questions. She could have said I will have to charge you for the nacho cheese sauce and I would have paid for it. But no. So I asked for a refund. Again. The gentleman has to walk back to the drive-thru area because she refuses to come to the front and ask her how to do the refund. She instructs him. I will need to go through the app he comes over. Lets me know I need to do so. So that is what I did now. I am on here leaving a bad review because she was too lazy to come talk to me herself and explain why I couldn’t change out the very disgusting watery cheese sauce that they are serving and calling queso.
Remove this manager. If this is how she cares about her customers. Then I can only imagine the care she is putting into creating the food that they are serving. Thanks!

I waited 65 minutes for an 8 piece chicken. Watched someone tell us to have a seat and chili out. I know fast food is a tough business but this was so disorganized. I felt bad for the cashier having to face the people waiting for food orders.

I ordered the 16 piece family meal which includes the 4 sides and biscuits. My credit card was charged, I was given a large bag and the receipt as I thanked them.
When I got home, the four sides were missing.
I called the store and they said that if I want to get a refund or the four sides, I have to come back to the store.
If I had time to do that, I wouldn’t have gone through the drive-through!

Horrific in every way. Understaffed, underpaid, undertrained, unprepared for simple lunch rush. Drive through gets priority over all other orders. Requested refund after waiting over 25 mins. Over priced drinks and 2 different prices between Taco bell and KFC.

Simple failure of a trash franchise operation. This 100% on the franchise and corporate not putting them in check.

I got absolutely nothing I ordered. Then the lady at the window who high out her mind lied about what was on the menu. Ordered a 5 piece double mash. Got 3 tenders. A rock hard biscuit, and only one mash.

I received 2 thighs and a leg looked liked it sat for hours and then reheated in grease. The most disgusting meal ever received from a fast food save your money go elsewhere

I ordered online and I was 30 min early and my food was sitting there waiting for me. Why was it made so early?
Food was cold when I got it home legs were dry and inedible ,breading was gross and soggy and the legs where so small!!!! They where the size of Buffalo wings. The puddle of grease in the bottom of the bucket was disgusting!
$50 for family of 3 with the quality of food for what I received I will NEVER go back .
