Angel, the GM, is the sweetest. I just left from getting two 12-count honey BBQ wings with potato wedges and mashed potatoes. His kindness is why I drive past two other KFCs just to come here, along with the female manager and the other staff. She’s brown-skinned, her speed is great, and she’s always smiling. I only come here, and trust I eat KFC 3 times a week lol. I know, right? Angel is the best if he or the young lady were to leave I will go wherever they transfer to!! Thats how putting your customers first means.

I came through drive-through haven’t been to KFC in one year so I was looking at the menu. I had two people back to back rush me. I had reversed the bag to get out of the thing and then I pulled forward and they still told me go back around because we have a timer. How do you rush a person back to back? They can’t even order. I left the place. I didn’t even order no food no nothing I get that there’s a timer, but you need to learn how to speak to a customer. The guy and the girl that came on the intercom were just very nasty. They Do not have good customer skills I’ve worked at the fast food and we don’t talk to customers like that so I had to go to a different KFC down the street where I got better service that mind you they didn’t even have anybody so to be rushed like that was not OK. Do not recommend this place.

I ordered a 6 piece hot wings with mashed potatoes and a biscuit. The cashier was nice asked me to park because they had to drop more chicken. I said ok and I parked 10 minutes later she brought me my food. I went home bite into my wing and it was just as pink as can be my wings was under cooked… I called 6 times no answer I was going to take it back I just dropped it in sum grease and finished cooking it! I will not be returning there. Customer service was great, food not on point

The chicken was old for sure crunchy on the outside dry in the inside it’s like the chicken was recooked…….I would go home and make a tuna sandwich before I eat there again and the only reason I gave them one star is because they wouldn’t let me post my review until I picked one……

If I could give them 0 stars I would, first and issue at the drive thru 15 cars , once I get to the window I try getting the 8 piece guy at window said 27$ plus the tax when there is a picture saying 2 for $ 5.99 I went inside a told the manager not only was she supossed to honor what they advertised, buy the machine went down waiting 30 minutes to be able to ordered. End up leaving what a disgrace of a place and customer service completely 0 at all. Need to change everyone that works it hasn’t been the only time.

The lady who was working tonight at the drive through was spectacular!! She made our chicken filets fresh even when she said they ran out. She still went out of her way to complete my order. I love that the kfc has a worker like her. Great customer service ! Will come back again

I ordered a 4 piece dark meat crispy meal at the drive-thru. Usually, I check my order before I leave the window, but because there were cars behind me, I pulled over to check and It was wrong. It was not all dark meat and there was only one biscuit. When I went back a minute later and waited in line for another 10 minutes, I was told that they were now out of crispy chicken and that he remembered putting 2 biscuits in the box! (I felt accused of STEALING A BISCUIT!) He then asked if I wanted original, I told him no, that’s why I ordered crispy. I was given an electronic refund to my debit card that would take 3 days to receive!! By this time, it was too late for me to eat because I had to be at work.

It’s that place away from home this Kentucky. Fried chicken is usually pretty good. Every once in a while, I will get some overdone chicken. But I like the extra crispy and they put plenty of the extra crisp beyond the the flavorful part of the skin, the chicken’s good too….
