I am 60 years old. This is the cleanest store. I’ve been in and 45 years. You have people cleaning the windows you have the kitchen is absolutely spotless. The Place is spotless. You need to send a CFO or somebodythat is very high high high up in the field and KFC to come look at this this is a staple wow these workers really care about this KFC on Indian town Road in Jupiter, Florida. This is a plus I’ve never seen a KFC this clean in my life. also, I would like to let you know that I met a lady named Eva. She is the regional manager here most wonderful person I’ve met at any KFC. For the second time, they claimed to be out of extra crispy white meat. I then waited 25 minutes for my order only to see them give all the extra crispy white meat given to the drive thru customers. I stayed at the counter and watched them do this even though I was asked to sit down and they would “call me when my order was ready”. I finally asked for a refund and after 5 minutes I may have gotten one (I’ll check my credit card tomorrow). This has happened the last two times I’ve been there, so . . . not a coincidence.

OMG!!! this is not only the cleanest, most polite and fastest KFC I’ve ever been to, but probably the cleanest restaurant I’ve ever been to in my entire life! Everything absolutely shines, the walls, the floors, the counters, the tables! It’s amazing. Not even one tray on the counter above the trash, it’s like as soon as you put it there they come out and get it and clean it. I’ve never seen a cleaner restaurant in my life, every member of the staff here should get a raise, they really care and it shows.

My boyfriend and I came to this KFC 20 minutes before close on our way home from miami in the middle of the night. The gentleman in the window was so accommodating, threw an extra biscuit into our box, asked us what sauces we needed- everything. When we pulled into the parking lot to take a few bites, he ran outside to give us our drink that we forgot. After the long day we had had, this guy was seriously so positive. Anytime I am on the road from now on- I will be stopping at this KFC.

Why did I go back? How could they be rated over 3 stars with so many negative reviews?? These thighs are tiny. It’s the size of the biscuit. 07/16/2025 is my last visit at this location. It’s not worth it !!! Below is my last experience. Never again !!
I swear these chickens are on Ozempic. Thighs were so small I can’t figure how those chickens walk!! Some people left reviews that the workers were not polite and friendly when taking an order. I’m glad this time I was not yelled at. I don’t ask for much.
Update: (The chicken thighs were actually bigger this time. this location is priced higher about $1.50 compared to some other locations for the same 2 piece meal. French fries container is very small. The staff were very accommodating when I wanted to return the french fries. She added some more. I understand prices have gone up but the coleslaw and mashed potatoes containers have shrunk in half also.)
Old review: The colonel would be upset. The chicken pieces have shrunk so have the side dishes. Side dishes are so small yet they can’t even fill it up. Why does this location have smaller chicken pieces? I would talk to your vendor. I love KFC since I was a little girl. But it’s getting more and more disappointing. Gravy is water down because customers are worried about the sodium or fat?? Don’t know ️♀️. Biscuits are dry and don’t have enough butter. I’ve been to other locations that are delicious the old fashion way. This one is not one of them.
