I passed by and order through drive thru yesterday Feb, 21 at 4pm. Ordered two chicken littles. Ate one and only thing I notice was bread was stale and not as soft as usual. Didn’t pay no mind to it. Went ahead and opened second chicken little and immediately notice a dot on the bread which I recognized quickly. It was a mold spore growing on the bread. I was instantly disgusted. This is not only nasty but it completely unsafe. I called corporate and waited hours to no response. Left a review on their website hoping someone would call me back because I’m completely concerned about other peoples health.
Not only will I contact the city but I will contact Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. This is total irresponsible that no one has called back and I’m afraid other people will get sick.

I went to 6/19/2021 around 2:20pm to get a Spicy Chicken Sandwich and i clearly said no pickles and they have put tons of pickles i think the manager dont care how the employees make sandwich and they serve the customer like that clearly they just care about hourly wage and not the quality of the food

Good service friendly staff but the side dishes are most of the time only half way filled up . It’s just you pay so much and barely get what you pay for .

I went through the drive through and ordered a six piece meal. Was told to wait because they did not have any breast ready to serve. Waited 10 minutes and when I looked at the chicken, it looked like it was undercooled and it was very greasy as well. I have been in the restaurant industry for over 20 years. I could tell that they must have had the fryers under 350 degrees. I asked for the manager to inform them to help them out and to ask them to please swap the undercooked greasy chicken that they served me. One of the ladies gave me a hard time because I had taken a piece of chicken out of the basket to look at it. Then they started speaking Creole amongst themselves. I never complain because I know how hard it is in the food industry, but this was ridiculous and unacceptable.
