I placed a big $40 order and they asked me to wait in the front because they had to cook it. A half hour later, I was still sitting out front so I went through the drive through and had to beep my horn to get someone’s attention. The woman said the cook had to leave and there was an emergency and she had to cook the food herself. Why didn’t they come outside to tell me? Because that was a bald faced lie, that’s why. They forgot about me and had to scramble to fill my order. Why I got home the chicken was NOT freshly cooked, it was old, tough and dry, the gravy was thinner than water and the Cole slaw warm. I paid all that money for garbage and had to sit in my car in 105 degree heat for a half hour for the privilege. Never again. Do yourself a favor and go to another KFC or better yet, Popeyes right down the road.

I agree that I am not supposed to get any good experience in any KFC, I know that for sure… in kfc that is not mandatory, but today was even worst than the worst ever….
My order took more than 30 minutes to reach to me, i arrived, i told the kfc person my mobile order name (the app said that it was ready for pick up 5 minutes ago) .
The kfc lady ask to the cooker lady about my chicken sandwich order , the cooker lady said that she already prepared that specific order and another lady said that my order was already picked up, then the cooker lady said “I ain’t preparing that order again, i already did it and I won’t”….
….
After waiting for around 40 minutes to get my food… i started eating, the fries tasted like they were made two days ago, believe me, I have eaten better “left over fries”, same thing with the chicken tenders…. it looks like they sell stored food from last week, I know i know, it is all my fault… it is my bad for decide to eat there…. I am sorry I am not doing it again does not matter how much is the cupon that I receive….

The chicken is deformed I dont know what it is but it definitely is not chicken. The hot and spicy wings I thought were gonna be a spin off of the bbq spicy wings back in the day with the wedges. Biting into them scared the daylight out of me there is a layer of some sort of meat or tissue separating the skin and the little bit of actual chicken meat by the bone. The bones are very brittle and discolored almost like a baby chicken bone. Im traumatized honestly.

After the Tuesday’s $10 eight piece special of all drumsticks was ordered and paid for, another cashier rudely said that I could not have all drumsticks because they cook more than drumsticks, and she yelled at the cashier who took my order, therefore, I politely said please cancel my order. However, the interfering cashier said that we will do it this time, but never again. It did not make sense to me because I had already called several Kentucky Fried Chickens and asked specifically ‘could I order all drumsticks with the Tuesday $10 special because I do not like the short thigh’, and they all said yes.

I’m said to say I will never ever ever step in this location, dirty, just walk in, you will see and find out for yourself, And the lady in the front was extremely rude, just asking to use the rest room to wash my hands before I touch any food, was enough for her to raise her voice and nest attitude, I had to walk out just to void any tape of conflict, I’m not sure which was the worse the employee attitude or filt place, for sure I’m staying away from this place. That was my experience there

Chicken was not as good as many other KFC. Music was very loud, ridiculous loud. The fountain pop odd ball flavor MtDew was water almost. This place needs a good walk through from someone that cares about the store.
