I stopped by for a quick lunch and wasn’t completely satisfied. This is the cleanest KFC I’ve visited. Even the ouof the restaurant was clean.

I went to this KFC at 4 PM today and had one of the worst customer service experiences ever. I repeated five times to the order taker that I wanted the 8-piece Festive Meal Deal, yet she still didn’t understand my order.
When I got to the window, the attitude from the employee was absolutely unacceptable. I again stated clearly that I wanted the 8-piece Festive Meal Deal for $25, and she continued acting confused and gave dirty looks to everyone around.
This is not the first time I’ve had trouble ordering from this location. I tried giving them another chance, but clearly nothing has changed. Whoever owns this KFC, your employees are giving your business a bad name. Fire them and train your staff properly, because this level of incompetence and rudeness is unacceptable. I will never return.

I just ordered a chicken pot pie, got home to eat it and it tasted moldy. Very very obvious taste of mold we have all had once or twice in our lives when we eat moldy bread by accident. Can’t get the taste of out my mouth and lost my appetite. So disgusting. I added a photo but it looks totally normal. I dug around looking for anything that could be mold and I don’t see anything except some speckles which may just be black pepper but I have never noticed black pepper in it before. It’s Just a very strong and very overwhelming taste of mold. And they closed just now so I can’t even go get my money back.
