I placed an online order that was scheduled for pickup at 9:28 p.m. I arrived at the store at 9:30 p.m., expecting my order to be ready or at least close to ready. However, when I got there, my order had not even been processed or started yet.
I ended up waiting in the store until about 10:15 p.m., over 45 minutes past the scheduled pickup time, just waiting for the chicken to supposedly finish cooking. This is completely unacceptable, especially for an order that was placed ahead of time online.
What made the situation even more frustrating was that the employees appeared to be messing around instead of prioritizing orders. I asked one of the employees, who looked like the manager (a young girl), about my order. She told me that the system and the screen were “not under her control.” Meanwhile, the screen she showed me had my order marked as “complete,” even though I had already been waiting for over 30 minutes and the food still was not ready.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The purpose of ordering online is to save time, not to wait nearly an hour in the store. There clearly needs to be better management of orders and accountability from staff.

This place is fascinating. I visit with some regularity, because they make a tasty chicken sandwich. I enjoy getting one after a long day at work.
Without fail, something is always wrong. This is not to say that the employees mess anything up, because they don’t. Generally, all of the employees I’ve interacted with are polite, efficient, and absolutely working their behinds off in the kitchen. No notes there, excellent customer service.
No, what’s always wrong is on an operational level. Whoever tunes the soda fountains has the Pepsi Zero dial cranked to 11, meaning every cup poured is an overly syrupy mess. Mind you, this is their only zero sugar option, so unless you want full sugar soda, that’s your lot. Frequently, they are out of certain ingredients. The most common offender of this is the “spicy” options, as recently I had an employee apologize to me for being out of the normal spicy chicken sandwich ingredients. Kindly, he made sure to give me extra sides of spicy sauce to make up for it.
I don’t know who runs or manages this place, but I have a message for you: please get your act together. For the sake of your excellent employees, and for the sake of the Colonel. Tune your soda fountains, stock some more zero sugar options, stock up on your wedges and sauces, and please give the folks back there a raise. They deserve it.

The service and Atmosphere is typical. The food is a greasy mess if and when they have what you order which is rare. Don’t go here. There are options nearby but truly KFC is not what it use to be.

I asked for a glass of water, the guy gave me a plastic glass just to charge me $2.59 for water. When I ask for water in any other KFC, had never had to pay for water, they have plastic cups just for that free of charge, the young guy working here is giving those cups just to charge more. When went ask he said that he gave me a cup that cost $2.59 that I did not requested, this is very dishonest practice I’m sure this not a KFC policy of giving something not telling the customer first.

March 8th, 2025, I think the guy working the register early in the morning said his name was Noland? He was friendly, efficient, and got my order right without any issues. It’s always nice to start the day with great service, and he definitely made the experience better. KFC is lucky to have him!

My mom and I went to this KFC to order some chicken tender 8pc, nothing else, in the drive-through they told us the chicken tenders where going to be done within 5 minutes, it took 30 mins to do 8pc tenders, while us waiting outside the parking lot, and like 6 different customers already got order later than us and got their stuff done way before us.

This particular KFC location is my favorite. The food is always fast and fresh. This store is a couple of miles from my home, but I am willing to make the effort and go the extra mile because the KFC closest to me has had exceptionally horrible food and service for many years.
