I was extremely disappointed to find melted plastic wrap inside my meal. This is not just unpleasant — it’s a food safety hazard. Quality control and proper food handling should be a priority. I hope management addresses this immediately so it doesn’t happen to someone else. Save your time and money don’t go here. Disgusting.

Terrible customer service, terrible manager. That woman should not work with any people. How does a place put someone with such bad customer experience in charge. Screaming and yelling at customers and her own employee. I thought this was a fast food place. Why do they try to make you go around the drive through twice and with attitude. Yell at you when they mess up. The Colonel would be turning in his grave if he saw how bad this lady treats the paying customers. And on top of the bad service, half my order came wrong. Cole slaw instead of mashed potato, wrong items. Complete waste of time coming here. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!

Drive through employees need to put on their listening ears when the customer is ordering. When the customer comes to the window to pay, PLEASE repeat the order to see if it’s correct. Do not mumble!! Use clear and precise words! Then if the order is correct then collect the payment. Also don’t keep the customer waiting in front the store 20 minutes waiting for the food!

The good: The place is clean, well lit and comfortable.
The bad: Slow service, confusing menu, posted on 2 walls, cashier not helpful.
The ugly: The chicken was cooked in old oil, saturated and leaving a bitter taste in your throat.
I love KFC, period! This was the worst chicken I ever bought from KFC. I bought the 16 piece bucket meal to go. I didn’t discover this until I went home. I am not sure if they cook the fries in the same oil, but, they were also saturated in oil. I started eating the chicken and it was too saturated in old oil to the point that it left a bitter taste in my throat. Very, very disappointing! I will be returning the chicken to them. This shouldn’t have happened. The quality control does not exist there obviously! If the staff had the appropriate knowledge and experience, they would have never served this chicken. Talking about knowledge, this is funny, I tried to order a side of bisquets. I requested 8. I was told by the cashier that they don’t sell it 8, they only sell 2, 4 or 12… I said what about 2 orders of 4?…
Does this fall under the employee training category?
I most likely will give this place another chance, I will be inspecting the chicken before I leave… Unfortunately, that is my nearest KFC, about 5 miles from home… I should drive another 2 miles, for the next nearest, but, I will give it one more chance.

Came to order at 12 midnight , this location closes at 1:30am . No fried chicken or they just didn’t want to fry more . I went to another location down the road which also has less than stellar service. I would avoid this location and the other on Kendall Drive.

Got a nacho fries box and my “beefy 5 layer burrito” had nothing but refried beans.. no meat no nothing just beans. The fries were extremely disappointing as well. Since they serve both KFC and Taco Bell they use KFC fries for the “nacho fries”. AND ONLY 1 PERSON RUNNING THE WHOLE ENTIRE PLACE! Do yourself a favor and go to the one at the shopping center in West Kendall.
