I came for the honey bbq wings and soooo disappointed. They told me 2 min wait okay no problem, 15 mins later still no food & I went through the drive through. I got 6 drumsticks that was filled with nothing but sauce and crisp. (Being a flat wing girly this was very aggravating not even 1 flat wing should be illegal) Verrrryyyyy annoyed ate 1 and gave the 5 away to a homeless person. The chicken little is pretty basic so that’s what I had , thank god I ordered it

I suggest getting the bbq tenders because the wings aren’t like the wings like back in the day. Huge disappointment

This is the first time that I have been coming to this location, and the cashier was rude. Normally, the customer service is great. There was a new cashier not sure of her name, but the receipt said Cashier: Dominique, she clearly doesn’t speak English and understands it very well, I believe she mainly speaks Creole. However, I don’t care what language or nationality a person is or they speak,but to mess up my order, and when I tell you that’s not the correct order, you get mad and frustrated. I’ve never had this experience, and I come to this location almost every other day. Normally, the other cashiers are pleasant and friendly.

i was serviced by a new guy who i could understand that he maybe not familiar with my order, the Matty’s cheesy poutine, so it took a while to prepare as he was instructed on how to do it. what disappointed me was how he handled my other order, the cheese curds, where upon putting it in the paper bag, he dropped 2 pieces on the table and he grabbed them by hand and put it back. and he dropped 2 again and since he saw that i was looking, he left them there realizing that it was wrong. for the poutine, it needed more gravy. he only put 2 scoops. not sure if that is how it should be but being a Canadian, it should be more.

Food was fresh however, I didn’t get what I ordered. Either someone does not know the difference between a thigh and breast or they just decided to give me whatever they had. I was not happy once I got home.
Moral of the story, check your food before you leave with your order.

Went here around 11:30 6/21 after work, and the lady there gave my food away that I paid for on the app to someone else, she then said there’s nothing she could do since she already gave it to someone else. Claiming someone showed her the app pickup.

She was rude and y’all stole my money. I tried to get a refund with the kfc app and it isn’t working. Absolutely ridiculous. She should’ve just gave me the order I paid for or checked properly when this person came and stole it

This location is the worst ever and it’s been around a long time but so much has changed over the years. Their customer service attitude are ridiculous and most of all the restaurant is poor in cleanliness.
They rush your order and sometimes there’s a lack of understanding the language they speak, so they will overlook or ignore you because most doesn’t speak English. So, when I did get my food it was just thrown together, so after making it known to them, they brushed me off, leaving me no choice but making a customer complaint to the company Administration. I’ve never returned to that location.

I don’t usually eat KFC but when I do I always order the same thing. I ordered a 3 piece tender with Mac and cheese almost 1 hour later after leaving the restaurant I had diarrhea and chills I was feeling fine all day until I ate the food. When I walked in the cashier seemed annoyed to take my order, I believe he was going on a break. After I ate my food and I was leaving I looked in the kitchen and it was not too clean, (Maybe I should have looked at that prior to ordering) now I’m home with fatigue and diarrhea with no strength to run my errands I will not be going back here
