I ordered my food online, and the KFC app told me my order was ready. When I came to the drive-thru window, I was told that I had to go inside to pick up my order. Biggest joke ever. Don’t use the app to order because they will make it inconvenient for you, and they are super rude about it too. Awful experience!

I would give NO STARS. I would NEVER again eat here. The guy at the window was mad at me cause I couldn’t hear him. He was telling the girl something and she did something to my sandwich. I went back inside and the manager saw my sandwich and he was talking to the girl. She gave me 10 out her pocket. SMH… never again

This location has FRESH food! Seriously, though, service is always quick. This location is busy every time we have stopped in to get KFC slaw (Taco Bell shares this location, kids always want Baja Blast). Parking is at a premium (for dine-in, very limited seating), but drive through is available.
