Usually when I go to this location the service is pleasant and quick. Unfortunately that wasnt the case this time. Not only did I wait an additional 10 minutes to receive my order, but it looked as if it was thrown together and it was given to us by the server as if it was an inconvenience on her part. Should have checked before I drove off but I recived the skimpy chicken wings and not alot of wedges. Not worth the time or money in wasted on this.

In my opinion this KFC needs better staffing. My return time to this establishment after them giving me what they want me to have is more than I can count. Evening hours you get the rude young adults who have no customer service experience not only do you get eye rolls and elevated voices when you ask a question and PAYING YOUR MONEY I rarely get napkins or condiments they ask if you would like to have. One of the female managers after they got my order wrong actually blamed me because they didnt lable my drinks correctly. If I have 3 cokes and a dr pepper push the indicator on the lid don’t tell me you dont know. And I had to ask for a cup holder…Ive decided to never return here I’ll go to the KFC on Miramar and 441. Waaay better service.

I was there at 11:40 pm and a car behind us. No answer at all it was disrespectful not working. When we pulled up we saw her texting on her phone! The car was mad too and left wow! We waited and said hellooo. It was last night Tuesday at 11:40-11:50 wow! Never coming back and she was texting that’s insane!

This was one of the unprofessional restaurants i have ever been I drove up in the driveway and ordered a 8pc mix chicken with two large side I asked the cashier if I can mix the chicken she said no so i said ok then no problem I paid $32.50 for the meal i left got all the way home and i had dry chicken that wasn’t the right temperature for the chicken so i went back to correct the chicken THEY Didn’t replace the the chicken with fresh they took three pieces out and gave me the same chicken we didn’t eat it i threw it away this is was very horrible experience that’s needs to be fix
