This KFC location is very disappointing. The shop smells dirty, which makes the whole experience unappetizing. On top of that, the food portions are extremely small compared to what you’d expect. Definitely not worth the money—I won’t be coming back.

Should hire employees that actually like to serve and extend great customer service to others. Attitude is key when working with people’s food. The workers and manager at this location are rude, unwelcoming, and conducted poor customer service every visit.

Hello everybody,
This is my first time at KFC, and this was my impression.
The person at the front desk was not really helpful in explaining the menu and/or my alternatives, it seemed to me she believes that anyone who comes to their location should know what they want without them having to suggest if requested by a client.
There was not any other person at the location other than me but some of the tables were dirty, the restroom as well.
The person who told me that my order was ready did it in a not very kind and helpful way. Personally, I don’t demand a smile from every person from whom I receive a product or service, but I don’t like bad attitudes and that’s what I received. Thanks KFC!

Awful listener and over charging with the prices, im never coming back and wouldn’t even recommend anyone to come here….i asked for a soft steak taco with only lettuce on it and they didn’t even do that right….horrible customer service.

It doesn’t matter if i order online my cherry pop pies, everytime i come they tell me i have to wait, more than the time that i’ve been waiting while the app says, your order is ready for pickup, the girl in the window told me, you have to wait only five minutes, and i told her that is not only 5 minutes, and she said i don’t know for this reason is that i order minutes before to not have to be waiting next to door, you should be doing the order when you receive it, not when the person is going to pick it up , i hope they see this me
