“Drive thru speaker is broke, drive up to the front window.” I waited for 15 minutes. Two employees walked by and saw me, nobody came to the window. Keep in mind, this is during their business hours. Had someone actually acknowledged me, I could’ve at least had some knowledge as to why they would’ve purposely ignored me for so long. Ended up going to McDonalds and had some EXCELLENT customer service from their team. Do better, KFC.

It’s been a while since I’ve been here. Food still the same. Again it’s a place to go for a quick bite. We were doing some shopping and we had to stop and get something to eat. It was around dinner time. So going home and cooking was a waste of time. We got a bucket. And we had chicken. I know sometimes I write, not to criticize anyone. But it’s a fast food places. Port St.John KFC is the worst restaurant in the chain… every time they are rude and act like you are the bad guy when you come in to ask why it has been 15 minutes and your order still is not ready. If they had if informed me it was going to take that long I could have went home and cooked my own. I would not recommend this location to anyone. They threw my food on the counter and walked away. I never even complained I just simply asked why it was taking so long. Rude and disrespectful.

First time and first in line customer at this branch. We waited for the opening time before we proceed to our staycation hotel. Had our breakfast with 4 pc of original chickens and a large coleslaw. The area is neat and the staffs are very courteous. She even gave us a huge portion of very large coleslaw and an extra biscuit. Too bad there’s no 0 rating! Chicken tenders should be called Chicken bricks. Cashier tried to keep my change. Kaley (posing as manager) has a bad attitude. When I called and told them I threw away my order, she insisted that I should bring it back to the location. I live about 10 miles away. Plus who wants to dig through the trash to find it? I could hear her coworker(probably her friend) in the background saying she didn’t try to keep my change. She had my order in her hand and was about to hand it over to me when I reminded her I didn’t get my change. Must be new management. I used to get there twice a week, I’m so disappointed I’ll probably never go back. I can’t believe they call this a tender!!! (See photo).

Horrible food. Ordered through door dash and the chicken is lukewarm and old like is been under a heat lamp all day. Disgusting and a waste of money! The wing is a piece of bone with the flapper and original recipe skin on it, the leg is so skimpy is looks like someone took a bite, the breast tasted dry and yucky, all I did was take a bite and spit it right back out, and I didn’t even try the thigh. Y’all should know better than this! People don’t have money to waste on nasty food! You should care about the customers and your job! ZERO STARS!

Stopped to pick up chicken instead of grilling out at the park. My husband walked in and was waited on promptly, ordering 8 pc chicken only and large coleslaw. Took off bucket top containing chicken which didn’t look like typical KFC chicken. This chicken looked fried and was tasteless compared to what we have had in the past. Briefly visiting area so won’t be going back.
