The staff is lazy and doesn’t want to work. When there were no customers at KFC, they still didn’t want to take an order at the counter and sent me to place the order at the kiosk. Considering they had no workload at all, this kind of service won’t get them far.

The customer service was very professional, the employees were friendly, they politely explained to me that my order would take around 20 minutes. The store is very clean. On the other hand; the chicken was disgusting, tasteless, almost raw inside and greasy, a waste of money and time. KFC gets worse and worse and it is losing many customers every day.

I visited the KFC today, and unfortunately, it was a bad experience. I waited quite a while before anyone came to help. When someone finally did, I asked for assistance instead of using the machine, and the staff member gave me attitude, questioning why I didn’t use it. I felt dismissed and disrespected. I left without ordering because I was so upset, and I won’t be going back to this location. I hope they take this feedback seriously, as customer service needs real improvement.

Place is spacious and clean. Location is convenient as it’s beside a strip mall. Servers are average. Orders come out fast although it’s crowded. That’s exceptional.
The chicken sandwich is delicious, hot and crunchy. Todays chicken pot pie is particular good. There is a lot of meat. Also a lot of carrots.
It’s not close to International Deive but I might come back for the hot wings. 8 for $4.99. Good deal.

We decided to have chicken tonight and the boys wanted to eat Kentucky fried chicken. I was wondering about the french fries so Cindy at the desk told me she eats them all day long and she can only highly recommend it. Cindy was amazing she made our late night snack a delight. She was cheerful and friendly. Just what one would expect from Customer Service.
We all give Cindy a five star.

I ordered a famous bowl and they gave it to me with no chicken today around 440pm. First time I’ve ever seen that. If I wanted mashed potatoes with gravy and corn that’s what someone would say. Not a famous bowl with no chicken. I didn’t think I would have to check that before driving off. It’s not like they were busy. I was the only customer on the drive-thru.
