I came in after I was refused service at pizza hut next door because I didn’t want to give them my personal information, the guy at the counter acknowledged me right when I came in the door. He took my order promptly, the woman there prepared my order extremely quickly with great attitude. The guy who took my order handed me my food with a smile. The woman preparing my food was running around doing literally everything, she was fantastic and in my opinion, deserves a raise. The difference between the kfc and pizza hut sharing the same building is stark. If you like the bird, this is the place. I came in around 8:30pm on Tuesday.

I came to this store as a dasher to pick up in order and instead of being acknowledged or helped, I get threatened to leave the store or else by one of the cooks. There was a total of 4 store associate and none of them assisted me until I asked for help TWICE. They was very rude to me and unprofessional especially the cook in the red. The Cashier by the name of Jadiel refused to give me the cooks name who threaten me if I looked at him. I demand the manager or corporate to do further investigation on the store associate.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. If I wanted to wait 20 minutes to take my order, that never got took btw, then I would have went into a fine dining restaurant. The guy that was taking my order sounded dead inside didn’t even apologize for the wait his attitude sucked bad. In the middle of taking my order we asked for a second because they ran out of the option we wanted just to get told to hold on some more we had to go to a new location. This is insane. Don’t waste your time coming here the rating is 2.7 stars for a reason probably lower after this complaint.

I live a couple blocks away and thought it would be great having KFC almost in my back yard, however, this place, not so good! This is not the first time that we had awful food but its the first time that I am leaving a review about it. My main complaint is the 12 piece extra crunchy tender meal with 3 large sides, 6 biscuits and 6 FREE cookies. 1st, they didnt add the cookies, had to get back in line at the drive thru to get them. 2nd, they only gave us 5 biscuits, apparently someone missed Count Draculas lessions in counting. 3rd, the fries were rough looking, sorta dried out and cold to the touch. 4th the chicken tenders!! Man…how can you possibly mess up tenders?? They came in 2 boxes. The 1st box didnt look too bad until you took them out of the box but the 2nd box…extra crunchy is the description but…one side barely had any breading at all. The other side was a but crunchy but I think its because it was on the dry side. Also, many of the tenders were stuck together. This whole meal was one giant disappointment!! Next time I want chicken, Im driving to Zaxbys or even over to Churchs!!

First time here.Very races with latin people.They make me feel so bad and my family also a hispanic couple who was there with her three child’s. The lady’s made us wait one hour 15 minutes and the other Hispanic couple was there first than us.I asked the couple how long they was waiting and they told long time and they wait because they was hungry and the kids.

I went by the KFC today with a coupon that I received on my last visit there and the young girl behind the counter told me the coupon was not on her board I was like wth does that have to do with anything I received the coupon for this store but she wouldn’t honor it so I said whatever and left

This location only had legs & thighs on a Sunday evening 5 pm. There was also extended wait times for everything including chicken tenders, 20 minutes minimum on every order. Customers were waiting in the very small lobby as well as in their cars in the parking lot for 20-30 min for carryout. This is NOT fast food.

Store does not care. 2 nights in a row. Sauces not delivered and it was always Doordashes fault. Then stop using them!!!! Thru with this store. First driver left due to food not ready. They still blamed her for not being willing to wait on fries after more than 30 minutes according to the manager.

They not only don’t know how to prepare for a dinner rush, they sacrifice quality on top of it. If someone didn’t take a bite out of this chicken, they consciously cooked sold and served an obviously subpar piece that should have been thrown in the trash.
