Sad to say the chicken doesn’t taste crispy like fried chicken should really be tasting like. We ordered and ate it there right away and it just did not taste fresh and crispy. It was soggy chicken skin. The location was clean, but we personally will not be going back again.

I bought my employees lunch at the Aloma KFC location in Orlando. The bowls literally came half empty. I spoke to the manager Padimir to see if they could remake them, she literally said no and walked away. Completely unprofessional and uncaring. This was in the middle of lunch and the store had 1 table plus us 5. Obviously there’s a problem. KFC need to train your managers to care about your business. This is why restaurants go bankrupt. Went through the drive-through. They messed up the order meaning they didn’t even fill all of it and forgot to make 2 meals. My son went in to get it corrected. He waited in there for over eight minutes before they even responded to him. They weren’t even busy. They had three people in the drive-through and nobody inside not impressed and they were rude about it. Totally empty and still waiting for food after 15 mins after the complaint

I ordered a spicy sandwich meal and a 4 piece meal. I did not get one of my sides and didn’t realize until I got home. Also my sandwich was not spicy. The restaurant was not busy at all so no excuse for the mix up. Now I remembered why I stopped going to KFC. Will not be back.

It was the first time I was here and we struggled with the automated ordering simply because it was unfamiliar to us. Staff offered to help and was kind and polite to us. We did have to return because an item from our order was missing, but overall, it was a positive experience, with polite staff and a clean dining room.

I ordered some food and the chicken was tasteless, the breading was doughy and the chicken was DRY; probably the driest one I’ve had yet! I went back and Aracelis was amazing! She replaced my food and that batch was really good! Only reason I’m giving it a 4 star rating is because of the inconvenience. Also, after awhile of having come home after picking up the second batch we had a stomachache and im pretty sure it was the first batch of chicken that we had.

I ordered a pot pie combo, a famous bowl, mashed potatoes and a drink. They charged me 13 and change and then hand me my food. They only handed me the pot pie and potatoes. I asked where my other meal was, they looked at me like I was stupid, told me I didn’t order it and charged me another 6 and change for that. Conveniently, they failed to give me a receipt for any of it.
