There are 3 people at this location that I have left reviews for and this time I would like to give a shout out to Jordan earlier this week, I seen him dealing with a bunch of rude people, and the others that were working on this particular shift were not even letting him back through to continue serving everybody that was crowding the counter and I just want him to be recognized for his hard work and dedication. Keep it up Jordan you’re doing a great job

I do not recommend this place at all!! I came in order the food i wanted was only one inside told me I would have to wait because they had door dash oders coming in I waited 45 mins watched 20 people come and go!! Then was told if I wanted my order it would be another 45 mins and they couldn’t give me what I oderd which was crispy chicken I spent over 100.00 dollars and my oder was all wronge and people was not wearing gloves and the one who did grab a bucket off the floor and wiped stuff with the gloves he was wearing and then was touching food it discuss me!!!

KFC just go ahead and count your days. One of the workers either the smaller framed white girl or the slim black dude took a bite out of the biscuit and still placed it into the food box.

This is the slowest KFC I have been to. The drive through was so slow that I got out of line and went inside to order not knowing it was even slower. I would definitely not recommend this place unless you have 45 min to spare. Only 3 people in the restaurant at the time. 5 employees I counted. Customers kept asking how much longer for there food. This was 01/20/2026 at 2:46pm.

This was the slowest experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I placed two separate orders about 5 minutes apart. The first one took around 20 minutes, which I didn’t mind too much, but I ended up waiting another 20 minutes for the second order. During that time, no one checked on me or asked if I needed help.
When I finally asked about it, I was told the delay was due to “the system.” If the system is causing this many problems, management really needs to address and update it because this is how you lose customers.
On top of that, one employee in a blue shirt had a very poor attitude and seemed ready to argue when there was an issue with orders. That kind of behavior makes the experience even worse.
If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would.

They added kiosks yet they still take 20-30 minutes to fulfill in store orders. If you’re a delivery driver good luck you’ll be waiting 30 minutes guaranteed.

My first order a three piece original was Terri ble! I made a uturn to replace. The underside of the chicken was wet and mushy. Never seen that before. I ate the biscut and sides. Won’t be eating KFC for awhile

Online pickup order tonight of the Nashville Hot bowl w Mac & cheese and a drink. Got to the car and no fork to eat with. Walk back inside. After leaving I discovered the chicken pieces were normal chicken, no Nashville Hot. Disappointed

In the last 2 out of 3 orders, they have given me the dark meat when I have asked for the white meat. Management had bad attitude in response to my question. Pot pie tasted old. Will not be back!
New pot pies tasted better in 2023. However, it took like 30 minutes going through the drive-through today.
