I would not recommend coming to this kfc if your really craving it drive to the one in Sanford instead. This one is much closer to my home but after trying their fried chicken my stomach and mind did not agree with it. From the moment I bite the chicken it tasted off and the consistency felt like there was something wrong, I still forced myself to eat it although the taste was off but I definitely knew something was wrong when my stomach was like nahhhh!

First time back here since the reopening. Why this place is still open i have no idea. I was given a box with food dries to the sides and the biscuit was as hard as a hockey pick. AT LUNCH HOUR. Why do you not have fresh food during lunch hours. This is truly my last visit. If this is a franchise shame on you, your customer care sucks and if this is KFC corp shame on you. Colonel would not approve

Went here yesterday 9/17/25 using drive through. The lady told me to come back in 20 minutes because they didn’t have any wings. I came back and still no wings so I ordered anyway. When I got home the chicken was so oily and soggy and I had 6 stale fries. When I picked up the oily chicken to give to my daughter, a HAIR was attached to it.
I went back and walked into the store. What a disgusting store for a fast food place. It felt janky, the floor had piles of water, and it looked run down. I returned the food and had to come back next day for a refund. Don’t come here.
