The worst KFC I’ve ever been to. They claim the drive thru is down, but an employee said someone there doesn’t like to work it so they make everyone come inside. I really wanted to try, and enjoy, Matty’s cheesy nuggy gravy bowl, but this is what I got. After having to come inside from the drive thru, and waiting a really long time, this is what I was given. Absolutely disgusting. I was very upset that day, and controlled myself, I told them I wasn’t going to be a Karen and blow a fit, but this KFC is consistent with the rude employees, it seems no one cares about quality control here. It actually looked as if the food was dropped and to hurry up they just scraped whatever they could off the floor and the bottom of the bin. There’s hair in it! Crispy crunchy bits of fryer lint it looks like. This doesn’t look ANYTHING like the picture. How on earth do you even put that in a bag and hand it to a customer with a straight face? I’m so glad I didn’t forget about this. I had ordered online and went to the drive thru to pick up. I asked for a refund which I received, unfortunately I was on my way to work so I had forgotten about this, but sure glad my phone just reminded me to rate my experience at KFC…. I’ll never eat here again. They should be ashamed. I took so many pics because I was truly shocked!

Went to order our food from the kiosk when my husband noticed a German cockroach running toward his arm resting on the counter. We immediately left. I can’t imagine how bad the infestation must be if they’re out during the daylight.

This place needs to close !!! I went thru the drive thru around 6 tonight Sunday 03/06/22 and got home and WASTED 16 bucks on food that went directly into the trash can. The fish was DISGUSTING!!! See photos. It is covered in something that’s burnt in the oil. I’d LOVE to know how often they change or even attempt to clean the oil… With the looks of this fish it’s been a VERY long time !!!! The chicken tasted like fish. Period.. Did NOT taste like Original Recipe KFC… They are absolutely frying the chicken & the fish in the SAME oil !!! That is just totally unacceptable to take peoples money and give them GARBAGE like they serve. !!! Never ever go here !!! The food is horrible. I fully intend to contact corporate or whoever I need to and forward the pics so they can see the food that is being served. Check out the pics and you will see how DISGUSTING their food is !!!!

Went through the Drive-Thru at 7:30pm to be told to wait. After about 3 to 4 minutes I was asked if im ready. At the window I had to wait for the employees to stop chatting to pay. After paying I was handed my food without the drink. The girl running the till looked as if she couldn’t be bothered to do her job and was upset I asked for my drink. I should have checked before leaving at this point but didn’t. When I got home im missing the biscuit. I’m honestly just disappointed.

Manager and staff needs more training. The restaurant bag-sealed my order and when I open it; it was wrongly put together. REALLY DO YOU GUYS NEED TO GO BACK TO SCHOOL. I didn’t get the correct order as it on the receipt. Instead in the bag was all dark meat.

Two nights ago I went to this Kentucky Fried chicken at approximately 8:45 in the evening. I ordered a big box meal original recipe breast and thigh. I arrived at the window. The lady took my money gave me my drink when she brought me my food. She informed me that they didn’t have the chicken that I ordered, but she gave me extra chicken and gave me crispy chicken. I do not like crispy chicken at KFC. It is not what I ordered. She should have informed me of this before taking my money. I did not have time to mess with going through the process of getting a refund. This is unacceptable. I should’ve been informed they did not have the right chicken before they accepted my payment.

I ordered a 5 piece tenders combo and this is what i got. absolutely disgusting got one piece of chicken breast and 4 what look like shriveled up crispy chicken nuggets. the fries were also freezing cold and stale and with a bunch of crumbs to come with them.
Will not ever be ordering from kfc again had to wait also 2 hours for this order so along with the wait and the horrible food never again.

The value meal was pretty good. They did not have the sides ready so threw in a few extra pieces of chicken. They appear to be understaffed but they did the best they could.

I stopped by yesterday cause I noticed the wedges were back so me and my family stopped by around 3:30 not only was the cashier extremely nice helpful but also the manager that was making all the orders was professional. She even apologize for the weight which there was no weight and the food was amazing. I see the store has a 3.4 which to be honest I get it. Everybody has their own opinion, but I believe the store should be a lot higher than that. I appreciate the fresh food the great service and I will definitely be back to this KFC so from my family to yours I appreciate it for going above and beyond.
