The service at the register was bad teenage kids or young adults playing and talking in the back. Know visible person taken orders in the front waited for like 10 minutes just to get someone to take my order. The store manager or Lead person shows up in the front and doesn’t even apologize or acknowledge that I’ve been waiting to be served the food that was not even good. The quality of KFC food has went down tremendously and the service was poor. I recommend to avoid this KFC at all cost. Thank you and have a good day.

I ordered through the drive through roughly 45 mins ago. I ordered a family meal of 16 pieces of chicken with 4 LARGE sides ( 2 mashed potatoes and gravy and 2 macaroni n cheese) 8 biscuits, priced at 45.99. If I was feeling a family of toddlers this would not be an issue. The sides that I received was not large at all. I made an attempted to reach out to the manager at this location but my phone call went unanswered. So here I am, irritated and annoyed by this small portion size that is represented at large side.

This place never have chicken they are very rude and I drive 20mins just to never get chicken don’t know why they are still open. Then u have to wait in line just to get out because they won’t pull people up so u can get out after they say u have a 30 min wait on chicken so u still have to wait in line because they do it on purpose. I would recommend no to come here. In the last 5 time I didn’t get food.

I just received my order that was supposed to be TEN nuggets. I received FOUR tiny pieces of something, not sure what. I tried to call, and they don’t answer the phone…probably because that would be too difficult considering they can’t cook or count. I don’t understand why this location has such a low rating. When I ordered today, the cook stepped up when he realized I needed to order and staff were tied up with other duties. I lost my coupon en route so the cook had to get the manager to help. Neither of them made an issue out of the problem and the manager was able to look up my coupon code. The whole ordeal (including receiving my food) took less than 10 minutes. After I got home the meal was well packaged and everything was very hot (coleslaw was cold naturally) and delicious. Nothing I have described deserves less than a 5 star rating when we’re being honest with ourselves…

Yesterday I ordered through uber eats a family meal of 8 chicken pieces for my elder mom and my son and they received 8 nuggets. This place workers are incompetent. I paid $51 in total for a meal that doesn’t cost more than $10. I claimed uber eats and they only refunded $2. It was an emergency since I was working and our kitchen is being renovated (no cooking allowed) but that’s why I don’t support fast foods anymore and there is a lot of people doing the same. Disgusting experience.

Just went to this location at 8:20 pm ordered a 10 piece saucy nugget meal large with fries and mashed potatoes with gravy. However I got home and looked at my food I received plain mashed potatoes, 6 nuggets in the wrong sauce and a half full thing of fries. Tried to call but no one picked up the phone then proceeded to leave the phone off the hook. It doesn’t surprise me because upon entering the location there were no employees to be found, then when they finally came to the counter after 10 mins they were rude. Definitely would not recommend this location 3/10.
