Worst KFC experience at the Gainesville (East University Ave) location. I placed my order online through the app, and it said it was ready for pickup. When I got there, they had the lobby closed and told me to go through the drive-thru.
Waited over 10 minutes in line, only to be told the order wasn’t ready yet. Then they shut the window in my face. Later, another worker told me to wait at the front, completely ignoring the drive-thru order flow.
To make things worse, even after I already ordered through the app, they still asked me what sauce I wanted – clearly just stalling and wasting more time. What’s the point of ordering ahead if I still have to wait in line and answer questions that should’ve been handled already?

Terrible service, no organization, and zero respect for customers’ time.

Not once but twice did they forget my gravy when I ordered mashed potatoes and gravy, but THIS is the last straw.
I find a roach in my mashed potatoes. I’m officially done eating KFC here. Someone has to get this fixed because this is unacceptable

Ordered delivery and they use door dash for deliveries. Ordered and door washer Caron j picked up order and delivered it somewhere just not to me. Called driver she said that she would have to turn around and get it back then she just kept driving the direction that she was going…..marked it delivered then the GPS part stops working. Then she stopped answering her phone. Tried calling the store for 30min , no answer. Called door dash customer service. They looked up my order and tried calling the driver and she didn’t answer there call either. Then the rep said that I ordered kfc and that kfc would have to be the one to rectify the situation. Called the store back to back until someone answered (about 20 min). The store told me it’s a door dash issue not his. And hung up on me. Called kfc 800 # there I was told that all he could do is email door dash to confirm delivery, then he would issue a refund. Couldn’t tell me an approximate time frame on this happening so maybe a week or two who knows……I will never deal with this location again. And i don’t recommend that you deal with them either. I’m out 33 bucks and my dinner. Not a customer focused location and rude. Would have rated even lower if possible.

constantly get orders wrong. the food’s what you expect, but man, they have messed up our order every time in the past like eight months when we’ve gone; probably six separate times. Something is always missing or wrong, and the wait time is insanely slow.

I placed an order a couple of weeks ago. I was supposed to get a free 8 piece original chicken bucket with my order. After getting home I realized it was missing. I live 40 minutes away and wasn’t going back to get it. I went back to the store and Anthony made it right for me which was awesome!! He made sure my order was right. The food was fresh and delicious. I bought some extra sides and I had a great dinner for my family.

Very rude foreign black male working drive through today. Very disrespectful in his tone when I asked about the breading of the chicken nuggets. Demanded I come in if I had questions and then dismissed me. Once I came in there was a very pleasant young man taking orders. But the manager at the drive through different story. His stance is clear on women, just from his tone. Disgusting! Will never be back!
