After forty minutes of waiting they just stole my money. Never got my food. Currently at Burger King up the road ordering food out $18. Update: manager refunded my money and gave me the food (which I just disposed of at home), but the gesture was appreciated. I will not be returning to this location. I think everybody just needs trained better or they need to shut this location down. Everybody in line waited 20-30 minutes each at least.

It’s a big Guy Fieri wanna-be place. Horrid colors and decor, average food and sauces, and still no potato wedges. A local KFC closed near my home and I don’t miss it. This last gasp attempt to save their brand will fail.

Dining room was filthy. Seems to have a lot of staff, but no one at the register. I stood at the counter for a solid 10 mins before someone acknowledged me. (They just kept walking by.) The food on the buffet was old, the mashed potatoes already had a dry crust on the top. The guy tending to the buffet was refilling the water and noticed the chicken & noodles had dried out and he poured a pitcher of water in the food and gave it a stir. I won’t be back. This was terrible! I’ll stick to the local chicken place, Danny’s across the street. They’ve never let me down.

All the chicken we ordered from 3 different combo meals were burnt to a crisp…couldn’t eat more than half of it…would I recommend this KFC? Hell no,went to the buffet a few months ago & a lady poured hot water in the mac and cheese and mashed potatoes to make them stretch instead of putting out new stuff….watered down food works too I guess….not when the place isnt busy I dont see why it’s so hard to put out good food but instead it looks like no one there cares about the quality of food they serve….if you want chicken then go to Danny’s fried chicken next to DQ

Buffet is good deal price has increased by 50% over last year, still a good deal, except now at higher price I do not expect buffet to be out of items especially chicken and fresh biscuits. Heard they considered shutting down buffet, if so because of location, price, and inconsistent availability of chicken, always seems to be 10-15 minutes on wait, I most likely will not be a patron.

20 minute wait in the drive through then got shorted on our order when we got home.Place is a joke for a restaurant. female manager needs to be working at walmart or construction,has a horrible personality.Buffet is always near empty and you HAVE to ask to get food on there in which you can hear the sighs from the little employees.

The hot bar was dried out. Only a spoonful of gravy, and it was old and lumpy. Had to ask for chicken, there was not any on the bar. Very small amount of cottage cheese and the pineapple had a terrible flavor. There was 3 rolls but they were cold and dried out. Very disappointed because the rest of the hot bar was just as bad if not worse.

So we haven’t been to this establishment in many of years. Well we decided that since we were in town visiting with family, that we’dgo to KFC. Well we ordered the 30 dollar family meal with we get home and they missed half of the order. We called and they were very apologetic for the mishap. We returned for cold fries and hair baked into the biscuit. Would not recommend for any one

The buffet was $5.00 plus tax for the food and drink. The food was fresh and plenty of it. They had the original, crispy, and BBQ chicken. They also had plenty of sides to choose from including mashed potatoes, corn, coleslaw, salad. And the desserts. The place was clean and they were friendly.
