I’ve been there many times and the management and he staff needs to be replaced. There idea of customer service is their way or the highway. Waited drive through 40min never got helped. Half way through it they said they would help me in a min. I punished myself another 20 min then left. This is not the first time this has happened. Me and my family really love KFC but I will never go to the one in Defuniak springs ever again. And I would suggest that if you don’t want to be let down you shouldn’t either…..

I drove 25 miles for KFC, I checked on-line which said it would only take about 5 minutes so I waited until I got into town to attempt to order. I tried to order 8 pcs of chicken for $10, by this time I was in the parking lot, which was no problem. I tried to check our well there was no way to pay other than with a card. Just my luck all I had was cash, so I just.go inside to pay. Not an option at all. Ok then let me get an 8 pcs chicken only, ok sir that will be $18. 74, so I explaine to the nice lady what happened, nothing she can do. Alright just give me the 8 pcs so I can just go Alright sir what kind original or crispy? Original please Alright but we only have 3 pcs t it’s cooking now it’ll be 20-25 minutes. I didn’t mention it was 11:27 when I order. This is the second time I have had this kind of problem them not having chicken during prime time. Absolutely trash for a manager! Refuse to give her name and hung up on me. Messed our ordered completely messed up. Cold chicken nuggets and they’re as big as a quarter. Took them back and ask for new ones and a refund on the coleslaw they charged us for and she tells me she has to call the DM . I finally just walked out. I don’t want anything for free . It’s sad most fast food is this way but when you’re on the road you have no choice. I know now why they have a 2.5 in reviews !

Came by today for the new and improved chicken nuggets. They were out last week when we came by. Definitely wouldn’t waste my time again probably get a better nugget at McDonald’s. Staff was excellent though ,hate giving a negative review.Good luck Chick-fil-A open soon.

Had to wait over an hour for a 16 piece after being told it would take 10 mins this place is worthless and might as well be condemned the roof leaks everywere and the dining area is open with leaks all over tables the health department needs to step in here black mold is probably also an issue!
