The worst place on earth to try and get food! Waited 35 mins for my order and they still couldn’t cook the chicken in any sort of timely manner…. And then couldn’t give me the white meat bc that would be another 15 mins. I’m sure it’s bc I wasn’t dark. If you’re white stay out of KFC it’s pointless!

I went up to the drive thru the other day. Waited at least 5 minutes for the “guy at the register” to take my order. Then I noticed him outside with his headset on talking to someone in a pickup. When I moved forward he then decided to go back to work. Too late, I went across the street to Popeyes! They also have unsweetened tea! Guess I’ll just make my own coleslaw!

Went there and was the ONLY customer going through the drive through and the person taking our order cut us off and we didn’t get to complete the order. After saying hello trying to order again we tried to order at the window and they ignored the fact that they knew they cut us off our order. We then waited over 15 minutes for the food and were told to wait away from the window as we were running up their timer. They then revealed they actually forgot to put the chicken down and messed up our order and were SO RUDE! Just for the food to be undercooked. DO NOT GO!! NO SERVICE AND SAFETY HAZARD. Haven’t had worst customer service in years from the girl taking the order at the window.

I’m always excited to share my experience with the public concerning a restaurant. It should be mentioned mentioned that my experience is limited because I use the drive through. However, having said this let’s get started. It goes without mention that the staff and chefs are extremely experienced and very well trained. My meal was prepared to order, at the correct temperature, and very satisfying. Although I am not a local customer, a return visit is definitely in order. Altogether bravo! Job well done.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional environment. One conversation I heard between a staff member and some random guy made me lose my appetite so I just left. The dining room was nasty. The food was horrible. People were waiting for long periods of time for their orders. One lady just got tired of waiting and left.

Chicken was burnt, it’s a shame they even served something like that. Please check your order be for you leave. I could tell it had been under the warmer for longer than it should have. This is a piece of chicken that came out the dinner from this KFC. Shame, shame shame.
